I've been using this app for quite some time & haven't had any issues until recently. I reached out to support and Jon responded very timely & he was able to tell me where my issue was. I was able to fix it, and get my listing back to active. Thank you, Jon!

I would like to see some interface improvements with this app. It's great but it's not very user friendly. The boxes when adding variants is very small & when you have multiple variants, making updates is very time consuming because of the small boxes. I make it work, but some general usability changes would be great, I'll even volunteer to be a tester :)

Definitely get this app if you need to expand beyond the variant options Shopify offers, they have it all!

Looked long and hard to find the right app to work with what we needed for the store. Had a few teething issues with our theme (specific to our theme and not the app) and the support was simply brilliant. The price add-ons stopped working since 3 weeks ago and the team doesn't respond to our requests. It caused us many losses already.

As a jewellery brand, we needed far more flexibility for customer personalization than supported by Shopify options and variants out of the box.

We found VO Product Options to be the best on the market and would strongly recommend it not only for the product itself but also Relentless' first-rate technical support.

I needed help installing variants and custom dropdowns on our website for new products we're launching. Jon and Martin were responsive and ensured our products were loaded and rendered correctly. I appreciate their quick response and attention to detail.

Hi there. I would def recommend this app because without it, as an Shopify store owner, we would be unable to offer our customers as many product options with our bundle deals. However, often times virtual options takes too long to load and customers are quick to add the bundle to their cart before selecting their scents for the various products. That causes us to have to contact each customer that did not select their scents. This process is very time consuming. But what other choice do we have. Is this something that can be corrected. I would love to hear back from you all regarding this issue. Even if we have the button checked that requires a customer to select their options before they can go to check out… it doesn’t work. Customers are able to check out without selecting their options. And we cannot ship the products until we are able to get in touch with the customer and finalize their selections.

We've had a lot of issues with this app. Doesn't work with upsell apps, has bugs related to compare at price. Support is ok - but realistically we keep having issues.

I love the app! Very easy to use and make changes. It would be great if there was an option to add a price with the selections.
