Variant Option Product Options

Best custom product options is an essential app for my store! All my tie racks that I make are customizable so my customers choose their size, wood, and hardware finish. I was limited by the 100 variations on my regular listings, but this app has been a game changer. I started using the basic edition, but was missing out on revenue from price upgrades for a few of my options. So I upgraded to the advance plan, but the prices weren't being added in the cart. A quick email to the Relentless team and they fixed some code and I just had my first order with price add-ons that covered my next months subscription price. Thank y'all so much for making this app!

I tried a ton of custom product apps but finally decided on this one because it takes the design of my Shopify theme. It is so easy to use & has everything I need for my shop. When I came across a small issue, they were so quick to help solve it for me and even worked over the weekend to help get it fixed for me. They went above and beyond to help. So thank you for the support and customer service! I think this is the best if not only option for those who want direct integration with variants. It has image swatches, and buttons that show out of stock according to the inventory. However, I believe there can be improvements in setting up process. Duplication, although better than directly changing every single product, is still very slow if you have hundreds if not thousands of products, because you have to check every single product one at a time. There is no bulk processing (universal settings is relatively limited), no select all checkbox, and limited filter options like the name, vendor, and type (would like SKU, Availability in online store, and by Tag.)

All in all, I think app has a lot of potential. Since our industry is fast fashion, its only natural that we may be a little annoyed that we need to constantly look through hundreds of products to find the one product we just imported that we need to change the manual options. If you don't have the problem of having many products, don't need to use swatches, and/or need a way to show out of stock for variants, this app doesn't need to change. Otherwise, it is still very useful, but expect to do a lot of manual set up.

I spent hour on the shop before finding this app. I needed to add options to my products BASED ON THEIR VARIANTS. This is is THE ONLY APP that allows you to display options according to the variants. All other apps will display options based on the previous selected options. I took me a while to understand that so I am saving you time if, like me, you are looking for that feature.

I am selling paintings and wanted to add a frame option. Problem is that I have more than 30 different dimensions and do not want to manage a stock for the frame as it is custom made for each painting. With this app I created a product named FRAME, and added all dimensions with prices and with a conditional logic matching each dimension variant. Then I duplicate this product to all my catalog. By doing this, the app will automatically display/hide the option based on the variants available for each product (= I do not have to pick one by one the product and apply the option)

The dev team is amazing, very helpful and quick to answer. The admin panel is well designed even if it will be helpful to have a button to apply options to ALL PRODUCTS on ALL PAGES (or by collection etc) so we do not have to click on each products of each pages. It is painful but it is probably because I am using the app a way that was not expected at first. I am sure it will be integrated very soon.

Love the app outlook and allows me to choose different presentation options on my site. I use it show customers when each size is out of stock at first glance, rather than the default click-down option from my theme.

I love the app! I use it mainly to configure various swatch settings. I tried a few other ones, but I found this one to be the easiest, with the most variety and to configure is so simple. I was also looking at the custom text and logo options, especially to create custom engravings. It does give you the option for custom text and uploading of logo's, so to make this app even better, I would suggest to have a preview of the text available, as well as an option to select a specific font. Other than that, this is really an excellent app and the support so far has been outstanding. I can really recommend this to anyone.

Cuando se añade un producto con add-on price al carrito y se va a hacer el pago las pasarelas de pago no se abren, solo pasa cuando hay productos con precios add-on en el carrito. No lo pueden arreglar y en soporte no ayudaron en nada. No lo recomiendo, hemos perdido muchas ventas por culpa de este problema.
