The application screen is automatically translated and the help function is also substantial, so it is easy to use.
When I implemented the app, there was a problem with some operations, but as soon as I made an inquiry, the support team replied, and I was contacted many times until the problem was resolved.
I am grateful that I was able to implement it safely.

I use the app to add bulk discounts to my items, but sometimes the functionality breaks after an update. Usually I can fix any issues that crop up, but this time I couldn't locate the change. Contacted support and they fixed the issue after a day, creating a backup incase anything else messed up, which shopify itself doesn't seem to do properly. Pleased with the fix.

The app works well. I wish you could move it around on the product page easier. I had to go into the code to achieve it. The support was FANTASTIC. While I wish the app just worked when I installed it. The support team got it working in under 24 hours. Thanks! Update: This team worked again to help solve problems after a theme update. Volume Discount is a huge lifesaver! I offer far too many variants for basic Shopify to handle. This app is able to handle the many variants I want, offering discounts PER variant, not combined...it's a huge deal. Now I can remove listings and simplify my customers' shopping experience! So far, I am beyond thrilled! I will update, if needed, once I have had the app longer. Thanks a bunch!!

I requested a premium installation and it was done within the hour. I immediately started creating my discounts and had several questions. Tech support got online with me and walked me through everything in a matter of minutes. This app is SO MUCH MORE easier to use than the previous quantity discount app I had from another vendor, and the support is quick and attentive. I am more than pleased.

I would give 100 stars if i could! The BEST app for anyone looking to offer volume discounts. This is the ONLY app which allows volume discounts AND a checkout discount too. Which means i can create marketing offers with % discounts at checkout as well as the volume discount, which no one else is able to do.

I am extremely happy with this app. After having a different more-expensive app doing the same process (in a clunkier way), I installed Volume Discount. The support was excellent and the app has exceeded my expectation. I offer a 10% discount when a customer buys 12 or more of my products. The app is clear and encourages the customer to buy the 12 bottles.

They are wonderful - they have fixed every issue I have needed for free, and they do it pretty quickly! They don't seem to be US based so they work when it's our night - if they have a question for you it could take up to a couple days just because of the delay in response. But it's worth it! Great app! They even customized it for our specific need which was amazing! I would definitely recommend!

We had a couple minor issues with our template and the team at hulk was very responsive in helping us getting everything working properly. We have several hulk apps and they are really amazing to work with all around. I must also add that the issues we had were not from this app directly it was from our template and HULK did not have to help but they stepped up when the template company would not
