This app is really helpful for creating multi buy discounts, works a treat and the support team are great. We have changed our theme a few times over the past year and every time we upgrade or change our product templates they cant do enough to help us to integrate there app within our new version of our store theme. I had a real problem as I'd had tried too many apps prior to installing this one to get my cart discounting which meant that this app wasn't working. The HulkApp team went in and took out all the code that was getting in the way of this app working and it was brilliant. Our abandon cart rates have increased as the app is now working perfectly. Their customer service and technical expertise has been fabulous.

We have reached out quite a few times to their support and each time it has been sub par. Many have not even addressed this issue. We consistently have orders that no discount is applied and we physically have to reach out to the buyer and issue a refund. This is time wasted on a task that should be easily incorporated. Also, having to reach out to the customer just isn't a professional way to handle our business!

We were looking for a simple but effective way to implement a volume and tiered discount and HulkApps delivered! Easy to use - definitely. Worked great from the getgo with Chrome and Firefox browsers but product pages in Edge and IE (yes some buyers still use it) did not display images properly after installing the app. Notified HulkApps on Saturday and by Sunday the problem was fixed! Excellent support and a great app!

I've been using this app for about 6 months now and it works great. My customers really LOVE have a tiered discount automatically applied to their shopping cart. Due to me having a custom Shopify theme I have had to call upon support a few times and they have been super professional and helped me "tweek" things in a very timely manner. The only thing that would make this app better would be a one-time fee and not $9.99 monthly. Thank you so much.

I never leave reviews but for this app, it is well deserved! I had a couple of issues with integration at the beginning but it wasn't an issue for the support staff as the issue was sorted within the hour. I have tried many types of tiered pricing and discount apps but none of them has done what I want and I have paid for the most expensive and still hasn't done what I wanted. This app does everything I want and works for my customers, so if their happy I'm happy!

A very good app and the installation support was excellent. Definitely made it easier to have pricing promotions on the website. I could not give 5 stars as I think it is missing something useful; the ability to set the text on a per promotion basis. For example, in one product category, you may want the product table to say Mix & Match, whilst on another Buy 3 etc. The ability to tailor the text per promo would make it 5 stars. That said very happy and would recommend.

This app was pretty close to what we were looking for (tiered pricing), but the layout wasn't ideal. However, the support team was great to work with and made all the customizations we needed. Sometimes (because this app touches a lot of other processes) we've had compatibility issues with other apps, but again the support team has been very responsive at solving the problems and has gone as far as to join in on support tickets of other apps to collaborate towards a fix. I wanted to be able to offer some volume based discounts, so I decided to try this app, I had a little issue at first in getting it configured for my store, so reached out for some support. I got an email back with an explanation and some details as to how to resolve the issue. I followed the instructions and ended up with the functionality that I was looking for. I've just started using it, but so far so good. So thanks for the quick and thorough support and an overall good product.
