Excellent Support and the Best Volume Discount App!
I've tried several volume discount apps, but Dealeasy is by far the best. The app is easy to use and does exactly what I need for my store. What really sets them apart is their outstanding customer support—Suki has been incredibly helpful throughout the setup process, answering all my questions and making sure everything works perfectly. If you're looking for a reliable volume discount solution with top-notch support, I highly recommend Dealeasy!
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. When you reached out for support, there was an unexpected surge in support traffic, and our chat software also experienced issues, which affected our ability to assist you smoothly. We did not leave the chat— it ended at the point where we intended to create a ticket for our tech team, and you mentioned that you would look for another app.

The app is well-priced, intuitive, and offers a wide range of features. Their customer support is quick and attentive. When we encountered an issue with the B2B customer tag, they promptly investigated and implemented new logic to resolve it efficiently.
Great Customer Service.
The app is easy to use, but I found I still needed help which their team was very helpful in assisting me with set up and continued assistance as I added more products and different deals for my clients. There are also a bunch of different options for deals and ways to promote your deals.

Not only are the features of this app great, but support is super quick to respond. The woman who helped me with my code was named Boomika and was very knowlegable about everything I needed to know. This is actually the second time I've reached out to support in the last 2 days and both times were great. 11/10 app and I couldn't ask for more.
We've tried loads of different upsell apps, and they all have their up's and downs, but this is the most diverse one that we've ever found, AND on top of that they support is AMAZING!! the owner/manager/dev of the app and his team will jump on a call with you at a moments notice, do do a live screen share, set the app app for you, and fix any issues! These guys are second to none!!! Highly recommended!

Kriti was amazing! And every single person I have talked to in the last 6+ months are amazing as well. I love that this app has so many options and can literally replace half a dozen of others. It is easy to customize and if I get stuck the customer service is ALWAYS available within seconds. It is huge, when you need to setup your store and do not have to wait for developers to respond. The app has a nice lay out, very clean. You can change everything by yourself in the menu just the way you like it. If you have issues with something, you get a very fast answer via mail and they help you with everything you need untill it is fixed and you are happy. So very great and fast service!

Had a small issue where I couldn't view the widget on some pages. I messaged the help chat and Suki replied instantly and fixed everything up and helped me to see why the widget was not appearing.
