We’ve just started using the Wholesale Sami B2B Volume Pricing App for, and it’s a big help for our store. Setting up tiered pricing was incredibly easy, and it integrates smoothly with our Shopify store. Soon, our B2B customers will be able to see the volume discounts, which will encourage transparency on pricing.

The App is loaded with features, which many larger businesses will be able to full utilise. We're using a few small features.

I was unable to sort everything out and reached out to customer support. They're super quick to respond and assist. Haley has been a great help to resolve the issue within a day and making sure everything was running smoothly.

Overall, the app is intuitive, reliable, and has excellent customer service backing it up. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to implement bulk pricing or discounts with minimal hassle.

After a few months using the app I can confidently say that sooner or later there will be problems. The app is unstable. The wholesale prices are not always shown in the cart, even if the customer is logged in. Also, with their most recent update, the cart stopped functioning entirely. I have wasted a lot of time going back and forth with the support team. In the end, they were not able to fix the problems I had so I will be migrating to a new app.

App is relatively straight forward to setup. Some elements that were not were promptly solved by the responsive staff on chat.

Reccomendation: Please change how the discount works, as I do not want automatic discounts stacking with the B2B account discount.

Setting up wholesale pricing is a breeze: you can easily add products to a list and search your store without hassle. The app seamlessly integrates with my store, automatically displaying wholesale pricing in the right places on product templates. It looks fantastic on the site and offers flexibility in displaying pricing as percentages, tiered bulk pricing, or standard flat tiers.

One of my favorite features is the Quick Order Form, which simplifies the reordering process and makes it easier for my customers to find what they need without sifting through my entire catalog. Combined with their Page Lock app, I can restrict access to the Quick Order Forms, ensuring only my wholesale customers can see them. This setup is intuitive and user-friendly.

I am not using the full capabilities of the app. I am really only using the volume/tier pricing. Most will give discount to the total number of items ordered or total order pricing. I need a volume discount based on individual products. This works great. I did have an issue with the calculation in the shopping cart, and the support team was very responsive and fast at solving the problem.

I downloaded this app and have had a great experience with it so far! I've searched all over for an app that would allow us to have different wholesale pricing for different products, and this one delivered! It's interface is user-friendly, and I received amazing and prompt service from the support team, specifically Leika, Haley, and David, when I needed some help integrating the app to our store.
