Merchants recommend this app for running B2B alongside B2C on one store without Shopify Plus. They highlight flexible wholesale and volume pricing by customer groups, hidden wholesale prices, quick order forms, tax‑exempt checkout, payment terms, and a dedicated wholesale cart. Many say setup is intuitive, the free plan is feature-rich, and support is exceptionally fast and hands-on with integrations and troubleshooting.

Haley from Samita is super helpful and fast to troubleshoot issues. Thank you.
Super support. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der schnellen Hilfe und dass das System recht selbsterklärend ist.
We are still in the early stages of using this app but so far it has been great for what we need. We are on the gold plan, I have given 4 stars because there are still a couple of features/fixes we would like to see implemented and hope that they will be considered (stacking of rules, compatible integration with email, customisation that doesn't require code) but overall we are very happy so far. Customer service has been excellent, always quick to help us with our queries. Thank you
Great help and support for an issue we had which they helped resolve quite quickly
Customer service is great, Hayley always makes sure my needs are met in a quick and timely manner!
Very good support - very fast to respond. App works very nicely and we were able to intergrate and customize it ourselves. Clear recommendation!
Very useful app and very pleasant support
ok
Customer service, Joanna especially was kind, patient & stayed with me until the issue was resolved permanently. Besides the price point, as everything you can do on silver requires Gold to be activated for use, it works great!
It works & it works well for quantity discount for fixed prices unlike most apps that only deal with percentage discounts.
Funciona muito bem e o apoio ao cliente é fantástico!
