Overall a really good app, and a really good customer service team. Sometimes there are some issues with the prices and discounts showing on the order, but only a small amount in comparison to the amount we use the app.
Quick and efficient support from Haley.
Wholesale price will have a little issue when use certain theme like Savor and Concept.
Need to contact support and the technical team will help to solve it.

Fantastic app. We aren't quite ready to go to Shopify Plus, so this has filled that gap perfectly. Wholesale pricing for all of our various purchasers. Easy to set up. Lots of ways to tweak. Best thing... amazing customer support! Really appreciate you guys <3
Haley from support was super helpful in solving some issues we had with setting up the app! We're also using their lock app which is helpful for hiding products from customers.

Does not work properly. It shows discounted prices in product grid, but not on the product page and cart. In the checkout page it adds just regular prices.
Quick Order Form work extremely slow.

We aren't using every single feature yet, but for our current needs, this app has been a great choice. It’s straightforward and does exactly what we need it to do. A big plus is the customer support, they are always very fast and attentive whenever we have a question. Thumbs up from my side!
Selecting a B2B app for my Shopify store was a daunting task. Went thru an install with another product only to find it did not have all the features I needed. Samita's B2B Wholesale, Volume Discount app not only fit the bill, but their documentation walks you through the whole process step by step and their tech support was very responsive. My last step was setting up the SMTP service and they finished it up for me. The yearly subscription price is competitive, the product is easy to manage, and features are robust. I highly recommend you give this one a chance.
