Excellent app and amazing support! I always find that support makes or breaks the app. In this case, support really made my experience 10 times better. I just installed the app on Monday morning, and it's up and running within a few hours. Support was wonderful, got back to our questions within minutes and we're all set. We use this app to import orders from shopify to our fulfillment platform. Their developer team always responds within minutes when we need help and always finds a solution. XML work can get really complicated and they are always super knowledgeable and helpful! They are great to work with! We've been using the app for almost 2 years and it can handle a lot of fluctuation in volume and unique data needs we have.

Xporter is Xtremely useful for us and we use it on the daily to schedule reports for email and we extract plenty of specific, quite granular data on an ad-hoc basis too — re: Customers, Orders, Refunds etc. etc. — none of which we could get so easily from Shopify directly or from any other 3rd-party source, and certainly not with the Xceptional support from the most Xcellent support team. Love them, love their work! Love this app!

Best Shopify App I have used soo far! Adam support is great, he really goes above and beyond to help you get suet-up and use the apps for your specific needs. I have found that most of the Shopify apps lack basic features that makes them difficult to work with our store (10,000 products).

This app allows us to really use Shopify to it's full potential. After the initial learning curve you can really see how powerful this app can be.

This app is very powerful and dynamic, though somewhat steep in it's learning curve, and has allowed us to get idiosyncratic reports that were essential to my client's business. Every support e-mail I've sent has been met with a response with someone expertly knowledgable, paying close attention to the minutiae of what I was trying to do with it when I was stumped. Plus, the creator of this app is a really friendly, great guy. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome! Adam patiently worked with me and customized a script EXACTLY the way we wanted it. He saved me tons of time by doing this for me while I worked on other things. In fact, we need yet another feed and Adam has already let me know that he is ready to go when I have the requirements.
