They like the highly customizable templates, support for long SKUs, metafields, jewelry labels, and bulk printing from orders and purchase orders. It has been a pleasant experience working with this app. There is a bit of a learning curve but customer assistance is always available via chat. I chatted with Anita and not only did she direct me on how to fix the problem, she made a suggestion for a future enhancement to help new users like me. She even credited my labels that misprinted back without me asking which is greatly appreciated.
Great app, labels are printed nicely and comes out clean. Been using them for almost a year and everyone in our store loves that we have names for our overseas products. Without yanet, we’d be screwed
quick and easy setup - the support team is perfect and assists you if you have any questions. I had a question about a very large label format. Alex helped me quickly and efficiently so that we had the label set up within a few minutes and were able to start testing and using it straight away.
I installed the App because it was built for Shopify and had a free plan. I had some questions about using the Barcode generator and EAN's in general and used the chat bot. Alice was totally on it and answered all my questions with great clarity and very quickly. She then walked me through the process of generating new barcodes, which was extremely easy to understand and carry out. A great little App that has been very useful, informative and above all easy to use and time efficient. Excellent A+++
Really. Can’t use app until you talk with someone? They try and get you with the free 200 per month. Waste and uninstall
