They like the highly customizable templates, support for long SKUs, metafields, jewelry labels, and bulk printing from orders and purchase orders. It works. The advanced customization is very good. Way better than many other paid app. highly recommended
The app is very easy to customise and to use. I got quick help when I got problems to print Japanese characters (use a font that is able to display that characters, like Noto Sans Japanese).

Just started using but customer service has been responsive and helpful (Tracy and Alice!) Thanks!
Alex in customer service is super cool and deserves a promotion! I swear I thought he was advanced AI because his customer service was stellar. My business is built on customer satisfaction and I recognize that caring for your clientele with a gentle and kind hand speaks volumes for the company as a whole.
Happy Holidays Alex from customer service chat!!
