This app is extremely easy to use and makes the process of returns and exchanges simple and straight forward. It has created less emails from customers and saves time with my employees to exchange or refund items. The customer portal integrates perfectly into my template with no problems. Also the customer service is very quick and knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs.
