The Yanet app is powerful, but the best part is the customer support. I needed to enable the 'Return Fee' function, which is essential for my business. I reached out to their support team, and they activated it on my account immediately and for free.
It's great to know that if you need help or a specific feature, their team is responsive and willing to assist. A very positive experience
This is an essential app to have for your business. I recommend making an Exchanges and Returns page in your menu of your store using this app. I think you absolutley need to offer returns and exchanges for your customers to make sure your customers feel safe buying from you. It's also important in case they don't want what they got or want a different product in your store. Yanet offers good customization, and allows you to remove branding for free.
The app is easy to set up, and Liam provides excellent customer support and service!
