Ymq Product Options, Variants

This is a great solution to making customized variants, I was able to build my products to have a number of virtual variants with custom color swatches to make it easy for my customers to choose. If you have any issues or questions, the customer support team have been absolutely wonderful and very quick to respond on any issues I have encountered. They are really great and I highly recommend them!

I use this app to make nice and smooth product customization. I have to say that I have tried many different apps and spent a lot of time. I'm happy I finally got it. It has everything a website needs to customize a product and play well in marketing offers.

Very helpful, professional, and smart. They identify and solve problems very efficiently and they have a clear idea about what they are doing. My shopify store is down this morning (NOT the app issue), but team helped me checked the store and fix the problem! It is so impressive!! I finally found an app that allows me to have a multi buy option on my product page. Customers can still purchase one item but now have the option to "buy 2 for $70". I had a couple of questions when I was setting it up but I received prompt responses and videos on how to do what I wanted. I needed to upgrade to get all of the features I wanted but I am more than happy to do this to finally offer my customers an easy purchasing experience.

I used this app to help make my custom ordering simpler, I spend hours creating invoices with the system I was using before. This will cut that out of my process and streamline it right onto my website. The customer service is amazing. I was very confused on how to set it up how I wanted it, and they helped me through every step and sent me a step by step video on how to set it up just like how I need it. I can't wait to launch this to my customers!

I have been using this app for quite some time with great results. Unfortunately, it stopped updating the cart price to reflect the correct upsells amount. Issues happen, but they seem to have taken away any customer service options now and i can't fix anything. We have lost thousands of dollars worth of upsells already and there doesn't seem to be any fix. if they don't offer customer service or technical support anymore, there is ZERO REASON TO PURCHASE FROM THEM. RUN AWAY

I would 1000% recommend this app! It is so affordable for what the app offers.
It is easy to use and it has a variety of options from multiple variants to price add-ons and even file uploads. Instead of paying for multiple apps to have all the features we need, this app alone has them all.
The developer is an excellent problem solver. They always have a solution for every issue comes up to cater our needs.

For a whole month-and-a-half, we tried dozen of product variant apps, nearly all apps that are currently active in Shopify App store. YMQ app differs from nearly every one with the little details that gives you the ability to customize whatever you want in variants. Also, it has the best UI that doesn't give you chills when you first look. The only problem we've faced was a drawer problem, but no-app in the market has the compability with drawer widget themes (I can assure you that!)

I use this app to create bundles and include add-ons to products. Many of my products can be customised so this app helps to provide drop downs and other features that allow my customers to personalise their items. It's very easy to use and interface is clean and intuitive. Their tech support is one of the best things about the app. They are extremely responsive and 10/10 times I've reached out to them they have solved my issues in a timely and efficient manner. I used this app to provide up to 30 variants with conditional logic and price add-ons. The customer service team also helped make the price add-ons appear to the product price. They also helped add in a + mark to the price before a price add-on was chosen. This app has helped me provide the desired outcome for my client. The app itself would get a 5 star review and the customer service would get more than a five star review. They are the best customer service I have interacted with in any form. Would highly recommend this app!
