Ymq Product Options, Variants

It took me 6 months and 3 different apps to finally find this one. IT is absolutely flawless and let's you do pretty much anything.

It even lets you customize shopify native variants using their customizer.

This way, you can have live previews of your items and everything.

EDIT: This app is great and customer service is great but it has gone down about 3 times in the last few months, causing variants/add-ons to not register in the cart and us ultimately losing a lot of money because the customer still was able to pick those variants.

*EDIT* In under an hour they had us fixed! Our mail filters weren't agreeing with their mail client, but all is well and the app works great so far! App did not work with our theme by default so we reached out to support via email and their "get support," button. It has been 7 days now with still no response whatsoever or recourse. Unfortunately it is not just a visual issue, but there is something causing an issue with adding items to the cart only after enabling the app. We're hopeful we can get this resolved as this is exactly the fix we've been looking for, but so far, no luck...

This is by far one of the most useful apps for product options on the Shopify App Store. I have tried countless other apps that just never quite did everything I needed them to do. However, with YMQ I was able to achieve everything I required plus more. Not only does their app function exactly as required, but their team is extremely helpful and helped me achieve the functionality I required from my store. The YMQ team and their app is exactly what you require for your store. I could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone who wants to make their store function exactly as required.

Excellent customer support, great app.
Really easy to use! No coding skills needed whatsoever. The team is really helpful as well, the app didn't initially work with my theme so I sent them an email at the end of the day and by the time I came back in to work they had fixed everything! Definitely recommend. When I asked again if the app can support ajax shopping carts, they made a separate compatibility for my theme. And it’s free. So far, this app has run very well. I can hardly imagine that the $7.9 app can achieve such excellent customer support and such a complete range of functions. You can use it to do almost everything you want. Highly recommend this app! ! ! !

I have used this for about month now. I have very complicated product options setup in my store, by using the option template, I can easily add and remove options for a group of products. I can also add or remove options for special product individually which greatly reduce my setup effort.
The most impressive thing I want to mention is their support, I had an issue in our development store, the support team response my issue report almost immediately and helped me resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes!!! With the excellent support like this, I feel very comfortable to continue using this app for my production store.
One suggestion: it will be great to have the export and import function for this app so that we can easily replicate our production store to our development store.

I've used multiple option apps in the past, actually before this app I used Shopify base variants. a free option app (now a paid app) plus a separate image uploader (also no longer free). Whilst it worked it lacked many things such as conditional logic & image upload conditions which this has. Now my product forms look a lot neater and I'm able to control the amount of images that can be uploaded by the customer through conditional logic. This helps me save time helping confused customers. It's just a much better experience all round for me & the customer, something I should of switched to a long time ago. I have one of those themes that doesn't play nice with just about all of these option/product apps so I draw on the help of app support to save the day. So far, during the 14 day trial, they have helped me resolve multiple theme issues that would likely take me days in a matter of minutes. Kudos

This is one exceptionally good app if you were facing a complex "Build Your Own Bundle" challenge. We have a BYOB option which emcompasses about 10 different categories of products and many more variants. "Product Options Variant Option" does not only make things look nice, but also manage to sync the inventory in the back smoothly. Prior to using this app, we had to manually move the inventory, and we had a hard time separating individual items from BYOB items. With "Build Your Own Bundle", things become very clear for fulfilment. The dev team is exceptional as well. They are super friendly and helpfu. They always go the extra mile to make things easier for us. This app is proof that cheap doesn't always mean poor quality. I switched to this app for the price add-ons and now its the main application I use for my product options. Integration is customizable and conditionals work with shopify variants. The app isn't perfect though and conditionals cannot work with option sets in different templates. Perhaps something that could be added in the future.

We’ve had a great experience with Ymq Product Options & Variants. The app works smoothly and provides powerful customization tools. Conditional logic and pricing rules are easy to configure. Support has been excellent. A strong choice for any Shopify store.
