UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

We recently deleted this app after experiencing too many issues with scammers trying to claim commissions on sales that were not legitimately theirs. The most recent case involved a customer who received a 50% discount code from us as part of a product exchange. Somehow, when the sale came through using the unique, one-time-use code, it still got picked up as an affiliate sale — how this happened is unclear, but it's not our responsibility to investigate or solve. Be very cautious if you're considering this app!

We recently added the app to our store to start a Brand Ambassador program, and I had quite a few detailed questions about how to set everything up — from commission tiers to custom rewards and discount codes. Barney was incredibly responsive and clear, answering each point quickly and making sure I understood how everything could work. He even helped me figure out how to integrate our existing sign-up page with the app. Really impressed with the level of support — it made the whole process much smoother!

We just starting using UpPromote app and so far it's been amazing. They give our affiliates QR codes that track their clicks for us. It made affiliate promotion very easy for our business.

Great app, the different ways you can configure it is endless. So many options that sometimes it can be confusing. But the support is amazing, always very quick to respond (only minutes) and they always help you though it. The affiliate side is very straight to the point simple and easy to use for them. So its a perfect balance.

This app is by far the best one we've tried! We had a unique type of program and had low expectations that an app would fit us. However, this app proved us wrong. Their support is INSANELY GOOD! We needed some customization and contacted support, within minutes they answered and forwarded the request to the developers. Within an hour the customization was done. INSANE! A robust, easy-to-use affiliate app that does most of the heavy lifting for our affiliate program!
