UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

This was my first time using this app, and I encountered some technical difficulties during setup. I reached out to UpPromote for assistance, and Barney was the gentleman who stepped in to help. As someone who isn't naturally tech-savvy, I had a lot of questions, one after the other. Barney remained calm, patient, and diligently resolved every issue I faced. So far, UpPromote has been very easy to set up. Any questions I've had have been immediately answered by Hannah. I have tried a few different affiliate apps, but this has been the most intuitive and cleanest one to set up. It seems like it be really easy to use - for me and my affiliates. I'm excited to get started!

Amazing Affiliate Management Tool!

Using UpPromote has been a total game-changer for managing our affiliate program. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, with all the features you need to track affiliate sales, manage payments, and analyze performance. Setting up our program was a breeze, and the support team was there every step of the way to assist with any questions.

I have enjoyed working with affiliates to grown my business on UpPromote. I have had a few issues setting up my PayPal integration and Ray was very helpful on several occasion to assist me. Overall really enjoy the platform.

We love using UpPromote!! It's a very easy to use system, with a ton of functionalities, that have made our affiliate experience a lot better. The support team is amazing and always there. Shoutout to Nick and the entire team!

One thing to note, if you are Canadian, you might not be able to connect PayPal Express payments, so we do this manually.

Nick should get paid more, he's the best staff member by far and will go out of his way to help you. 4 stars though because there is some sneaky paywalls in this app that you'd never guess was there until you're fully invested. Tread carefully.

UpPromote is the best! We migrated over to UpPromote from a different affiliate marketing software, and we have been able to get everything working the way we want. The support team is amazing and so helpful! I have asked many questions while we were getting set up to launch and have worked with many different people on their support team who have all been amazing! We have even asked them to help us with a few customizations/data imports and they were able to get them done quickly for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!!

Barney and the rest of the support team at Uppromote are fantastic. Their enquiry response time and willingness to help is close to the best customer service I have ever experienced. I needed a form customised to suit the colours of my website and they made the changes within an hour.
