This app is hands down the best Ambassador/Affiliate platform I have ever used. Love it! Also, the customer service is exceptional. In fact, I just had a minor issue with a button/font color I couldn't fix for better visibility on our site, and the Customer Service Rep (Evans) had all of our forms fixed/updated in about 15 minutes (and this was at 6:30 AM EST). Fantastic support!

So far so good. I was a little nervous signing up on how to use this system / how it works, however the customer service agent helped break down the process and show me how this app operates. I also got a first affiliate deal within 24 hours of signing up as well. Just make sure you learn the program first / check all the features, so you can make this app work well for you. Great customer support and interface, thank you.

This app is great. I just wish it would email you when an affiliate had a sale or signed up.

I haven't needed to try any other influencer app since installing this one, so it's definitely good—but there’s still room for improvement. Customer support from Barney was instant and super helpful, answering my question in a snap!

I've been using this app for a couple of years now and it is honestly all what you can ask for. It's easy to deal with and the support team is amazing and they always get back to me and do their best to help explain and facilitate all the solutions needed for me. Would totally recommend!

Paid for a year subscription and ended our affiliate program early. This app has plenty of bugs and the major one is that the PayPal integration is broken so all payments have to be made manually. I removed the app after 6 months and this company is refusing to even offer a partial refund. Stay away from them as their customer support is awful and the app is full of bugs. You can do the same exact thing that this app does for free with Shopify collabs.
