UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

This app has done nothing for us. In the first few months something was missing. We were charged without getting notified that there was an issue. This was fixed. In the subsequent months still nothing was happening; we weren't getting any referrals or sales from this app. For us this app was waste of money. Maybe for other stores it works; looks like this app is getting high ratings. I don't know how. We didn't get much support to replicate other stores' success, if indeed this app boosted their sales.

So far all is good with this app, the affiliates coming through from them aren't any good so far, but it's good for us to get our own and set them up, it's all fairly straightforward. Customer service have been great when I've had any questions too.

Using this app for a year. It's great, love the functionality, very easy to navigate. I recommend this app to anyone looking for an affiliate program.

$800 a year GROSSLY OVER PRICED!
WARNING! Those who upgrade to this FROM THE $300 OPTION get offered ZERO discount... That is UNLESS you cancel the next day and they knock off $150 off THE $800, if you select "Was too expensive" - What about those that just buy it? Oh, they get nothing by the way.

For me, that's a disgrace in terms of business-to-business ethics

The basic set of features are lacking, you cannot even setup auto payment to paypal with the basic version, and the accounting options are all greyed out/missing, or constantly saying upgrade to pro next to them - If you have any subscription-based products where it requires a VERY simple , 3 minute bit of code, they force you to go onto pro which $800 a year

Super intuitive and quick to set up. The one thing that I really love about UpPromote is that we can assign an existing discount code to each affiliate, so if our affiliates been sharing your code on IG/TikTok, then those codes should still work, and no need to create new ones (unless they want to).

The one time I had a few questions, Barney from UpPromote was super quick to swoop in and answered them.

Being using this app for close on 12 months have 3000 affiliates. Absolutely awesome app. Affordable. Efficient, incredible features and elegant in its tech. Would like a little more customisation to hide some capture forms. Customer service beyond incredible. Shout out to Evans.

Easy to use and track for both parties to see what has been earnt by affiliate to be paid and also how well referral process works to make sales

I am giving this 2 stars because of the very low quality of affiliates they allow to sign up on the platform. Mostly foreign coupon sites inquired. Further, I do not believe they have remotely the number they claim. I sell a fairly common mens fashion product. Yet when I search for affiliates there was only ONE affiliate that turned up. An amatuer with no audience. The tools might work fine, I don't know. But if you are signing up because there is a great base of quality affilaites to contact, don't bother.
