We just started with Apliiq a few months ago and launched our store this month. I have been very happy with the costumer support at Apliiq - real people with quick and real solutions - unfortunately, unlike Shopify who was not able to help us quickly with any of our issues.
Apliiq so far has 5 stars!! highly recommend.

Thank you so much for leaving a review. While most POD companies are "hard and fast" Apliiq is here to be different, more blanks available, more customization, and always friendly service.
We are new to using Apliiq, but we felt compelled to leave this review because their customer support is, without a doubt, the best in the POD industry. We're currently in the process of receiving some product samples, and we are eagerly looking forward to seeing them, given all the incredible customization options available. Thank you, Apliiq team! Thank you so much for your review. Apliiq staffs it's support team with real, live humans that are eager to help you solve your problems.
Apliiq is the only shop for clothing I will use. They are quick and friendly especially if you are new. I spoke with Kim in customer service and she was beyond amazing and made this journey and process so quick and easy.
The prints come out perfect every time!
Before they print your designs they will email you and have you review your product and make will make corrections as needed.
And again.. another big THANK YOU to KIM as well as all future members I get to speak with in the future. Thank you for being a great company and being so polite.
Have been working with Apliiq for a couple months now. Kim and team have always been responsive and helped with any questions they I’ve had. I’m very new to this business and the brand and the team has been here to walk me through questions as I navigate the sometimes unknown! I very much like that you can schedule a call or talk with them live during business hours. I also like that the design team will confirm and make suggestions based on logo placement, etc. I especially like the private label feature and that Apliiq integrates with both Etsy and Shopify. It’s nice to be able to speak with the same individuals each time too. Have enjoyed working with them and continue to do so!
