Appstle℠ Memberships

Appstle has been an excellent partner in providing added value to our customers via our PortalPass+ membership program, and our normal Rewards program available to non-premium members via Appstle Loyalty.

Along with providing excellent products, they provide excellent customer services that helps us out rather quickly and fully.

We are extremely happy with both the Membership and Subscriptions apps and support we receive from Appstle. The team's assistance in migrating us from our existing apps was so valuable. We look forward to using many of the features of the Subscriptions and Membership app to grow our business. Knowing you provide this level of support gives us the confidence to move forward.

This app has been really great for growing our business online. The team is available to assist with any questions 24/7 with great response time and they include a video of how they fix your issue, so that you can learn for the future. Very great support team!!

When the App works correctly, it's great! The customer service team is prompt in replying to questions or queries. And the app is a great way to automate the subscription process through Shopify. However.....

In the last 6 months we have numerous issues with subscriptions failing, changes being made in the back end of the system without our knowledge resulting in customers being over charged (More than 30+ subscriptions for the 2nd year in a row), renewal prices being changed, product type mysteriously changing to physical instead of digital. The response from support team has been varied. Often resulting in us waiting days as they discuss with developers to solve issues.

I don't know if I would reccomend this app.

Hussain was super helpful and took great patience to deal with issues setting up my membership plan. I've used other membership apps before which could not meet my requirements. Appstle Membership app is fantastic and I would recommend anyone with memberships on their site to use this app!

I spent months trying out several different Membership apps for my shop and this has the most options, customizations and easy to use interface. The customer service was quick to reply and thorough. Jackson even created video tutorials for me showing me how to setup the specific things I wanted. I really appreciate that the app pricing is based off how many subscribers you get- meaning it can grow with you which is something I did not find on any other app.

We've only been using this app for about a week but the customer service has been really great so far that I felt compelled to leave feedback based on that. We had a couple issues on install that they fixed very quickly for us.
We were debating between this app and another membership one, so sent an email with a couple questions to both before installing. Appstle responded quickly and answered all of our questions and in comparison, we just heard back after 7 days from the other one.

EDIT: After awhile of using this app, I'm taking it down to four stars. We've had many chats with support on issues we've had and keep being given solutions that don't work or different answers for things. Super frustrating. The basic app is still working great, but if you're trying to do anything outside of the basics, it's frustrating.

Support team was very helpful. Ultimately I could not use the discounts in the Bundle app because of the 20 product limitation.

100% recommend to anyone, at this point I couldn't be happier.

I'm not a technical person and still, the apps are intuitive, the designs are clean, and any confusion I have is immediately answered either by their youtube channel, Customer chat, or the growing community of business and entrepreneurs using their product line.

I absolutely enjoy every moment learning how the entire Appstle line up of apps work. Their customer service is above and beyond. Quick, clear, and dedicated attention to detail.

Appstle is a very powerful app, but is a bit difficult to configure. I highly recommend setting it up with a Live Chat window open for assistance. Get Live Chat help whenever you want to configure something new. With help on the implementation, Appstle is amazing.
