I've been using other apps such as AMP/Australia Post by Addition, for 3+ years and was wanting to find another app due to significant price increases in the other app I was using.
The prices offered in this app are very fair and the bulk label processing is a very good feature.
The walk-through with Keerthi has been very productive and smooth, the app is very configurable too.
We have been using the app for a month now and it is fantastic. It saves so much time and is super easy to use. The customer service is very responsive and helpful at any time too. I would recommend this app to anyone needing a solution to their Aus Post label printing needs.

I had the worst experience. All I wanted to do was try the plan, but I received a call from customer service informing me that I would need to upgrade my Shopify account to do so – which I did. After upgrading, I decided not to proceed with the app. When I tried to revert to our basic plan, I ended up losing two users due to my legacy plan. I'm extremely frustrated!
Avoid this app! The customer service representative failed to explain the consequences of their recommendation, and I'm deeply disappointed.
Installed for one day, then uninstalled because it did not work for what I wanted, and still got billed a full month
Their team also has the audacity to call you unexpectedly to try to help you set it up, not even giving the option not to call, and then when you uninstall you get another email telling you that they're going to call - not even asking.

Please note that Shopify manages billing and payments for the app, including the free trial period. Charges are automatically applied immediately after the 15-day trial period ends. Upon reviewing your case, we found that the app was first installed on your store on November 12th, 2023, and uninstalled on January 22nd, 2024, which was after the free trial period had expired. When you reinstalled the app on July 3rd, 2024, the free trial had already ended, resulting in the charges incurred. We hope this clarifies the situation.
We have also processed a refund for your most recent transaction to ensure your satisfaction.
