Very good customer service with fast responses and kind people. I found Auto DS to be a really helpful tool for automating my dropshipping process it's pretty straight forward to connect with Shopify and it saves a lot of time on product importing and updates overall a great app for streamlining my store management.

absolute scam. Does not work for my store to connect to Amazon AU. they tell you this after fumbling around for 2 weeks and i have already paid for the membership. absolute junk app. promises so much but doesnt deliver. LITERALLY. cannot fulfill orders automatically and the 'help' cannot tell me how to fix it.

The app offers a 14-day trial which is not 14-days but 13-days before they actually charge you a full subscription. They do not make it easy to cancel as support is on the other side of the world. I contacted support and eventually was helped to my satisfaction.

While the app is complex and has a lot of capability, the trial is not long enough to explore its full capabilities. I still would recommend AutoDS.

AutoDS is a powerful dropshipping automation tool that saved me a lot of time. I love how easily I can import products from AliExpress and other suppliers, and the auto-order feature works flawlessly. Highly recommended for anyone serious about scaling their store.

I really like this app. Great feature include the ability to import any product from just about every site is extremely useful. I also really like how so much can be automated all the way from how products are imported with specific set prices all the way to have the product ordered for you and with the specific dropshipping notes for the supplier to not add any receipt/marketing information from their store/company. Some of the downsides to this app are that even though support is helpful and definitely responds, they can take about 24 to 48 hours to connect with you when by that time your customers may already be requesting a refund by that time. There are also a few caching and UI situations that may require a lot of refreshing or hard refreshing of the browser. Lastly it has a fairly steep learning curve which take a bit more time to grasp. Overall I really like the product and would recommend it to anyone looking to really automate a lot of their process.

DO NOT USE THIS. USE "DSERS" INSTEAD FOR FULFILLMENT.

1. They charge you a 5% "credit card fee" every-time you top you your account to pay.
2. They charge you like $0.6 every order.
3. They STILL charge you 5-10% extra for the product vs if you were to purchase it yourself on Aliexpress.

I had to REFUND 100+ orders on Black Friday because AUTODS provided me with faulty tracking numbers which showed "Abnormal" status so I assumed they weren't getting shipped out. They were... but it was too late because I had already refunded the customers since it has been 20+ days since when I ordered.
