Ms. Dorina was a lifesaver for the refund.
Unfortunately, I spent many days and hours requesting to close the account and refund and irrelevant responses from AI BOTS.
Again, thankful to Dorina for listening and closing the account within a day.
The software is so complex to access, understand, and cancel. Maybe it needs a better dashboard and a human quality check and process.

The videos are soo helpful when starting your store! I am 55 and not exactly computer savy and I am able to follow the instructions! (I did have to slow down the speed of the video because he talks kind of fast) All in all I would recommend Auto DS to anyone who wants to set your store up without paying an outside source.

I do not recommend this app. The customer service is outdated, unresponsive, and extremely slow to resolve issues. I had around 9 orders and made multiple complaints, but nothing was properly handled — TikTok had to step in and cancel the orders themselves.
AutoDS has also been charging my account without consent and deducting money repeatedly even after I cancelled services. I opened a refund ticket, but after weeks, no refund has been issued. I paid for their app and subscriptions, yet received no real support or value in return.
This has been a disappointing and stressful experience. I rate their customer service 1/10 and strongly advise anyone starting or scaling a business not to invest in this app until they improve their support and refund process.
