We can more than just recommend this app. We have created price lists for wholesale customers and everything works just great. The app works on the simple principle of tagging customers, but it really thinks of everything and is super customizable. Customer support is very active and helpful. They even worked for weeks to program the feature we lacked, a specific minimum order quantity. Developers Trinh Viet Anh & Nguyen Quoc Cuong as well as Jonas as the support agent were very responsive and helpful in working with us to get the wholesale store set up. We are in GMT+8 and we never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response from the team. Really appreciate the instant replies and updates, as well as the workable solutions offered. Joy Nguyen and Nguyen Van Duc have once again been very helpful to me in answering my questions. I was a little lost as to some of the capabilities and limits of the application.
I had specific and simple question about how registrations worked on the lock and login and b2b registration application and forms.
They answered my questions promptly, accurately, and directed me to the location in their documentation where I could find the information again in the future as well as other related inquiries (which I promptly used later that day to answer another question).

This app has been excellent for our business. Allowing for separate logins, pricing based on customer accounts and allowing us to easily group customers based on their registration forms. We have received excellent support from Emma and Riley who have helped us to integrate our app with our website with ease and efficiency. I would also like to thank Madu and Tuli who have implemented all these changes and made it possible for my website to run smoothlyy with this app. They're all great :) I look forward to using more apps from BSS in the future. We used this app in combination with their B2B Portal/Net Terms app, to create a vendor portal store. The app is simple to use and it worked great! Some features we had to get custom-made and coded by the BSS team due to our specific use case. These customizations would only take a few days and the team outlined the entire build process before starting. The customer service is AMAZING, their team is extremely helpful and attentive to whatever issue you are experiencing and it gave us confidence in using their solutions. I would recommend this app and the B2B Portal/Net Terms app.

Definitely a helpful company. I haven't done crazy great yet, however the platform is easy and self guiding. No app is easy and if they sell it to be easy, they are lying. All apps take time to get used to and set up best, however the team here helped me like 50 times by now bc I reach out so much with questions. I recommend to give it a try if you are needing a WH option.

We have been looking around for a while to get a comprehensive B2B app and I've to say that this one from BSS Commerce really has a lot to offer and, even more important, the level of support we had during the onboarding and testing phase from Annie , the technical colleagues Duong Hoa, Minh Dang, Dinh Khanh, Leorio and their Business Analyst Riley was superlative. The app offers a lot of functionalities that could be deeply adapted to our wholesaler needs, especially thanks to the developer team that promptly addressed all our concerns and questions and was always ready to adapt our theme code or propose alternative solutions.

BSS's B2B wholesale solution is fantastic, and I highly suggest it. The support is really amazing – Josephine- the one who supports me is really nice. I’m not going into detail regarding the BSS B2B wholesale solution because it has so many integration options. My advice is to just try contacting Josephine's help. Josephine was quite helpful in assisting me in finding solutions. She is incredibly efficient and exact in her work, as well as helpful and patient. The technician guy Nguyen Van Dong has fixed the issues really well and the complete customizing procedure took only a few days. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to Josephine and Nguyen Van Dong.
