looks good but when i install their smartbot, they don't seem to integrate together which is a bad thing, we cannot have two chats on one website. the logic should be smartbot -> human livechat. seems don't have such option on this.

It is a very useful app. You can install the reply software on your mobile phone. You can reply to customers in time even if you are not in front of the computer. So far so good. I hope that will be updated with some capabilites in the future. Would be nice for AI to be able to create orders and checkout links.
