BR ‑ Better Reports

This app helped us get around a lot of really challenging reporting issues in Shopify. We use Edit Order and this app helps filter out cancellation and adjustment orders relatively easily. Clement is super responsive and helpful for set up and making any custom reports! The only downside is the hefty price tag for users with the advanced plan. It's definitely an incredible app but you pay for it.

First off, the reporting is hands down the best, most powerful option out there. Customization is so easy and quick.

If you need something custom, you can message them. I needed something special and Kritesh in the matter of about 2 minutes had a custom field set up for me to pull my reporting / auto updating a special field.

Clement is nothing short of amazing in all he does to help ensure you get what you need from Better Reports. He goes way above and beyond to help with all reporting and is so quick to respond. I absolutely love this app and the customer service provided. It's the first app I find that can do the in depth reporting I need for COGS. No other app could pull reports based on TAGS the way I needed.

The app is super helpful and easy to use. Its custom report is really powerful you can pull just any fields the suit your reporting needs. The report schedule is particularly good. The support is amazing! They will help you sort any problems fast and efficient... even if the feature is not yet available. They find ways!

I love this app and its customer support team so much! This app feels limitless is what it can do. The report capabilities are so much better than the basic Shopify reports. If for any reason you get stumped on how to build a report or need more ways to compare your data, the Better Reports team always comes through and makes it all work. Truly one of the best customer service teams I've ever dealt with.

Better Reports has seriously upped our analytics. The custom reports allow me to pull the exact information that I am looking for, without the hassle of a bunch of complicated excel files. We've had this app for about two months and it is already the most useful app that we have. Their support team is very supportive and quick to reply. Our business is very complex and we had custom reports written with custom code for everything. Once Better Reports allowed developers to use their SQL Server to create custom variables I was sold. It's transformed the way we do reporting and we've been able to remove thousands of lines of code from our codebase and give a lot more freedom to the non-engineering departments to monitor KPIs and other reports.

I use the app for running far more sophisticated and complex reports that I can from Shopify. The subscription is not cheap, however, one receives a platinum class service which can save me not hours, but days of work and pulls data, which I cannot, from raw Shopify. Yes painful to pay but well worth the money. Their staff are highly knowledgeable and respond with working solutions in a very short timeframe.

We are a not for profit supplying new clothing free of charge to our customers who are also charities. Almost all of Shopify reports are based around $ which means they are of no use to us. Better Reports has enabled us to extract data in a different way and in much more detail. Their customer service is fantastic - really responsive and helpful, especially with creating custom reports on request. 100% recommend.
