BR ‑ Better Reports

Easy exporting of customer email per product for upsells etc. I couldn't figure out how to do it myself but app developer responded within the hour with the report option created for me in my dashboard. Recently I needed to generate sales tax reports per item for a quarter in 2020 for my state sales tax amended return. I wanted a very specific report calculating the total gallons of perfumer's alcohol each customer has bought, so I could stop manually tracking this (there's a legal limit to how many gallons a person can buy per year without a permit).

It was a challenging problem, because we sell multiple sizes of alcohol, so the ounces have to be calculated and then converted to gallons.

They got it done in two hours. TWO HOURS.

Other places, I might not have even heard back that the ticket had been started by then. But not here!

We were struggling with the decision to upgrade to a higher plan to get more reporting functionality, but couldn't find out if the reports that we would get at a higher tier of service from shopify would work for us, then the person on the phone from shopify recommended I try out Better Reports. A few minutes after it was installed, it felt like all of our reporting problems were finally solved. Months later and we can still say the same thing. We are so happy with this product and can't wait to see what new features are coming.

Great customer service working with Clement to create a custom report for us! We make custom wedding and event garland and most of our orders are booked weeks and months in advance of the shipment date. We needed a solution to list all future order ship dates. Sorting orders by the order date did not help as we needed to pull order attributes from each order that held the actual future ship or local pickup date. Clement was able to help us with creating a report with all upcoming ship and pickup dates sorted on one report. Thank you!

Even though they don't have tutorials on how-to's for this app, it's very self explanatory and if I have any questions, the customer service is QUICK and the instructions are easy to follow.

There are SO many options for the types of reports you can view, along with even creating a custom report.

I decided to get this app instead of upgrading my Shopify membership and I'm so happy that I did. It's much more cost effective, while allowing me to analyze my sales in order to drive more sales and continue to make money.

We have just started using Better Reports and so far this app is everything we dreamed of and more. We can create any kind of report we require. Often with other reporting systems we have been limited to customer information in one report and sales information in another report but with Better Reports we can have it all in one report and in any layout we like. This app is awesome! So many options for prebuilt, powerful reports. And then you can create your own custom reports and include a TON of information. Then, the best part is being able to schedule reports so that they can be emailed to you every day or on whatever schedule you need.

The customer service is incredible. I had a questions about adding a specific field to my custom report, and I received a reply from Claudia in less than 10 minutes that she had added it to my report for me.

Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to level up their reporting capability in Shopify!

Better Reporting is a tool that every Shopify user should download immediately. This app would has helped us to analyze our business by leaps and bounds. Truly one of the best plug-in apps I have come across on Shopify. Not only is the app itself amazing, the Founder, Clement, answers your questions about customize reports almost instantly. He is very helpful and appears to have a solution for various issues you might face (if any). I cannot recommend this app enough. And the 14 days is longer than you even need to realize that absolute treasures contained within this app. Great app, Clement!

I've been using Better Reports for a few weeks now and it's really opened up how we can use shopify reporting and immediately added value and insight into our customer shopping trends. The customisation is huge with this App and really breaks down the walls Shopify put up around it's reporting. What's even better, however, is the support. The response time is incredible and the agents are always incredibly helpful and willing to support on anything, even just as simple as navigation or finding the right measure they already have in. They are also happy to help build reports if you are struggling.

This review is not in regards to Better Reports functionality. We loaded the free trial, loved what we saw, but ultimately did not move forward as we were not ready to on our side. This review is in regards to the professional service and response we received during this trial process. They were quick to assist us getting it spun up (which is pretty easy) but when we were looking for some reporting information that did not appear to be there "out of the box" they created this report quickly without us really asking. It rare to see this level of response and service these days so it should not go unacknowledged.
