Been using Bitespeed for a month+ now. The dashboard is easy to use and understand. Message delivery rates are good and results so far have been commendable. Would need to see over a longer period of time to judge the value add. The onboarding team starting from Manav is knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful and responsive.
