BON Loyalty Program & Rewards

BON Loyalty has been fantastic for our store. The app is simple to set up and very user-friendly. A huge shoutout to Haley and Hazel, who have been extremely helpful and supported us every step of the way during our setup process. Their customer service is top-notch. Highly recommended!

The app and their customer service team has been wonderful. Above and beyond! Not only are they super responsive, they gave me tips for getting started and have helped me set up a custom reviews connection to a reviews app that they don't have a standard built-in earnings connection with. I first worked with Ame (who was great!), and even though when I logged in sometimes a different rep responded (likely due to time-zone differences), they were always up to date on my status and project and always professional, and were able to help me with what I needed. I highly recommend this app so far!

Excellent app with outstanding support
Bon has been incredibly useful for us and is genuinely easy to use. It comes packed with features that let us do exactly what we want with our loyalty and rewards program, it covers everything we need without feeling complicated.

But honestly the biggest standout has been the support. The entire team is available 24/7 and extremely helpful, but specifically Hazel has been amazing, quick to respond, patient with our questions, assertive in solving problems, and clearly genuinely cares about making sure things work right for our business. She's consistently supportive and on point every single time. The kind of support that makes you actually want to keep using the app longterm.

Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a solid rewards program with support that actually has your back.

I have just setup Bon Loyalty in my second store. The customer support team is amazing. Very fast and very helpful. The app lets me do exactly what I need to do and at a reasonable price. I will recommend it everyday.
