ZenBox: Bundle Builder

I have been waiting for an app like this to help me with custom bundling on my store. I have a lot of products and this app works very well with large catalogs. I’ve tried multiple apps and this one is by far the best one that I have come across! Support is also great. My only feature request right now is to add functionality to sort products alphabetically vs. manually. Thank you for creating this wonderful app!

I tested 3 'build your box 'type apps and this is by far the best. I was able to set up the box very fast and easily, it has many more options than other apps and it allows you to use multiple SKU bundle without having to change anything in your theme. Also their support team was very prompt and helpful when i needed help. The only minus i can see so far is that the app doesn't have a report section, that would make a nice addition.

I installed the app for 7 days free trial. During this time Jalal gave us an immediate response to all our requests including adjustments to RTL. Excellent service and it is not obvious that Jalal will make adjustments and invest a lot of time without any commitment on our part to pay for the service. We are very pleased with the result and are confident that this app will generate a significant increase in sales for us. Thanks Jalal

Perfect app for gift bundles! I tried so many apps (about 15 apps) but none of them met my expectations 100%. Best part is customer service, Hamza went back and forth and helped me with my design and technical requirements, he's been very patient til the end and took all my requests and suggestions into consideration. I use this app to create small bundles of 4,9, & 18 options, so far it works great and Andrew's support is very helpful when small issues come up. Speed hasn't been an issue, the speed is slower when creating the first variant but once its been created and other people order that same variant, its much quicker. I'm guessing that is due to Shopify's backend itself and not this specific app so I don't have any problems with it. I switched from a more well known bundle builder app and like this one better!

This app is super useful. I had been talking to designers and developers to develop a DIY custom bundle experience, but that was too expensive and inflexible. I found Box Builder and it is solving all my needs to create a flexible way to allow my customers to make their own kits. We are using this to manage our special holiday kits as well as evergreen product kits. We have just a few SKUs, so this helps us make our offering more robust. The app has so many options for customizations and is easy to use!

If you are looking for an app to offer customizable gifts this is THE ONLY one that matters! It is very customizable, it offers you a lot of possibilities ... it is simply incredible what marketing possibilities you have with its help! Andrew is one of the most dedicated people I've met since I've been working with the Shopify platform, he answers questions very quickly and has no problem explaining how many times it takes to understand ... I RECOMMEND and thank you Andrew, looking fw for the next futures!

Editing my previous message. Lauralynn went above and beyond to help me find solutions to the issues I was dealing with on the app. There are some glitches with the app but having someone from customer service get on a video call with me and talk through my problems and actively make notes about fixes for the app in the future is super impressive and very much appreciated. At the end of the day, the app accomplishes almost everything I need it to and it looks like more features will be rolling out to make it even better soon!

Support reached out to me and informed me why my emails went unanswered. Lauralynn offered to set up a video chat where I was allowed to address any concerns and/or goals I wanted to achieve with the app and she was super transparent and 100% helpful! I am so impressed with this app! This is the only app I found that: 1) has a seamless, easy to use interface, 2) looks professional and pulls theme formatting automatically, 3) allows customers to view detailed product pages and multiple photos from within the app, 4) Makes the step selection super clear, 5) Offers outstanding customer support. I reached out to have a font and a word changed in my pop and Jalal sorted it for me the same day! Thank you so much for making this process so easy for people like me who are new to ecommerce!
