Candy Rack • Upsell Cross‑sell

We LOVE Candy Rack. It is a beautiful app that looks great on our site--very professional. The customer service is top notch! Lucia helped us tremendously to setup the app so that it looked great on our store. When another one of our apps conflicted with the Candy Rack app, Lucia and the team fixed the issue, going above and beyond to make sure all was good. The app has brought us increased revenue and is just great!

I've used another upsell app before, and CandyRack is definitely an easier and more visually appealing upsell experience. The upsell popup looks great on both desktop and mobile, and the offers are very easy and intuitive to set up. This is by far the best functioning and looking upsell app out there! We've tried a few and this is tops them all! The customers service is outstanding and no question was too hard to get help with (shout out to Tom - you legend!). We had some small design suggestions, just to make it extra professional for the customer, and these have already been implemented in the app function. Our upsells are already rolling through... YOU NEED THIS APP!

This app is amazing & has driven an increase of over 25% in revenue. We are a big business, so having excellent support & fast thinkers like digismoothie can really change the game for big or small businesses alike. The costs are very reasonable, the app is lean & fast, while being smart & they were able to get the look just right for our theme & I am a picky person! All in all an excellent experience & I will be a customer for life by the looks of it.

This app looks much better on mobile and far easier to use for customers as well as on the admin side.

Few issues along the way due to our theme but Tom and the team have been really helpful and sorted them out for us quickly. They are also easy to reach and always reply quickly.

I love DigiSmoothie. I shopped around for a lot of upsell apps and they had the best reviews and after installing the app. I learned they totally live up to their reputation. I have gotten personal assistance that goes above and beyond and even a few of my suggestions have been implemented right away which shows they are constantly improving. I'm so happy with the performance and support of this app. that I am looking to add 1 or 2 more of their apps. I also appreciate how transparent they are by taking the time to let you know about any issues that could arise due to SHOP/Themes/Inventory syncs. They know their product well. Excellent APP and excellent support from Lucia in CS, she was amazing. We almost gave up, we are not tech savvy, nor have the time to navigate issues so hate Apps without good customer service with a real person you can talk to. Who honestly wants to pay to speak to a bot or read through FAQs. Candy Rack has real people to help you onboard or fix your struggles or expand your understanding of the funnel and how you can maximise the value of the App. Lucia was brilliant - based in the same timezone, smart, kind, patient and understanding and it created real $/value for us having that first class support. Candy Rack is real value when you have the set down well, its well worth booking a call and working with the team, they will help you and support your ambitions. best ion all, its paid off the app iOS generating more value, and customers really do add to the basket.
