Super great app works as expected. If you are using excelifiy with it make sure to double-check your linkages within the app because they can get broken on import/export.

Really fab app - easy to set up and works like a dream, pricey and I am working out if the money paid is worth it compared to other apps. I love that it works with multi-currency feature from Shopify (which many others don't offer by default!). Lovely UI for both user and customer. Looks better than other apps we have tried. We have been using Candy Rack for about 8 months now and it has been really great. At first, I was a little hesitant because the price seemed kind of high, but it more than pays for itself every month. We have a lot of products and accessories. The accessories don't move as fast as our main products and Candy Rack helps us increase the overall order value as well as moving some of the slower moving accessories. I have only reached out to their customer service once, but it was a great experience. Santiago got right back to me and was thorough and quick to respond. He even went above and beyond and recommend some changes, which he did on his own. That was fantastic. Overall, I could not be happier.

We are absolutely LOVING this app. We've had it installed for 2 weeks and have gotten over $2500 in upsells. AMAZING customer service, and super intuitive to use. The only thing it needs is more comprehensive analytics, but I have been assured by customer support that they are working on that. Definitely worth every penny!

Candy Rack works well with great support, without being huge $$$ like OCU.. and doesn't looks gross like other upsell apps which have a really smarmy dropship store look to them. Which is what drew me to Candy Rack. The customer service offered by Lucia and Tom are top notch. I really appreciated Lucia reaching out at no extra cost offering to help customize Candy Rack to match the colors, fonts, and aesthetics of my store. So Candy Rack blends right in! There was also a small hiccup in the initial functionality of the app when I initially installed it. But Lucia got the team to fix it right away and even offered a credit, which I didn't even expect. Lucia and her team were also able to implement Candy Rack functionality to Add to Carts from the Products list page and Home Page. And would also offer to make sure Candy Rack would work after we updated our theme version. Really highly recommend Candy Rack!

Amazing helpdesk. Contacted them yeserday around 5pm and after some detailed testing from their side it was clear there were some adjustments needed. Within the next hours i got contacted by another helpdesk worker with the message that the issue was completely fixed. He also send me some videos for me to see.

I have tested a lot of upsell apps and this one is simply working the best, so i am happy i can continue using it on my webshop.
