Ich hatte ein kleines Problem damit, dass das Banner nicht erschienen ist und und der Kunde auch nicht mehr Zugriff auf die Einstellungen hatte. Das Problem wurde schnell innerhalb eines Tages freundlich und kompetent per Kommunikation über die Support Email behoben.

The app does everything you need to be GDPR compliant. To see exactly what cookies are dropped is awesome. Furthermore I asked them to change a translated word, because it was translated incorrect in Dutch. The answered in a day and changed it immediately. Great service!

We had some issues with tracking being active before having accepted any cookies at all and everthing has been immediately adjusted to our individual needs within half a day. Thanks from Germany to Alexander F. for the great support and quick reaction time! Good work, keep it up!

The app keeps what it promises and feels legally very secure. Very good value for money and excellent customer support. Only the visual representation and its individualization could be a bit more pronounced, because to make more detailed changes you need basic HTML knowledge and / or coding skills. Tut was es soll. Der Costumizer ist für mich als Grafikdesigner etwas mager in der optischen Anpassung, aber durch eigene CSS Anpassung ist das gewünschte Ergebnis einfach zu erreichen, vorrausgesetzt man kann mit CSS stylen. Der Support ist super schnell und kompetent. Für 3$ im Monat rechtlich abgesichert zu sein ist wirklich spitze.

Just perfekt. Being located in Germany, we need to be GDPR compliant. This app solves the issue really easy and legally safe, unlike several others we had checked. Easy to install, and support is very helpful. We had a small issue due to a mistake we made. The support corrected that on its own within very short delay. Clear recommendation!

In addition, the app is extremely easy to set up and can be flexibly adapted to your own shop design (colours, fonts, texts, links, size, position and buttons). Update: Hatte dann noch eine Frage... und zack - nicht nur eine Antwort habe ich bekommen, sondern direkt eine implementierte Lösung. Wie geil ist das denn bitte? Einen besseren Service kann man nicht anbieten! Danke schön!

Doesn't only work like it's supposed to, but also has a great customer support team. Was facing an issue, which turned out to be a conflict with another app, on a Sunday night. Support got back within an hour or so, and we ended up mailing back and forth until 11pm to resolve the issue. They even implemented a custom piece of code into my theme, in order to solve the bug. What else do you need!

We are very happy with the GDPR Legal Cookie App and the support team. We had some special customizations regarding other tracking software. The support team always reacted very quickly, took care of many things for us directly and sent us detailed documentation of the implemented measures afterwards. So we always knew what was changed, and can now make adjustments independently. Please keep up the good work! We recommend you 100%!
