Upsell & Cross Sell ‑ AW

Just installed last week and so far so good! We're using it for our related items "you may also like" feature. We wanted something that would automatically show alternate products if one was removed from the site or if none were set up. Looking forward to using the other features this platform has to offer.

This app is intuitive to use and does the job that is required. The support team were able to customise the look and feel of the images to ensure that they blended with the theme that we are using. I added this to my website as the standard Shopify theme didn’t have the the functionality to pick what other products my customer might like at the bottom of each product page. It’s a brilliant app. Highly recommend. Cross sell installed it for me for free and the functionality is so easy to navigate around!

Cross sell does exactly what it's supposed to do. We have 5k products, and related suggestions boosts our sales. The app is easy to use, and customization is quite easy as well. Their support and customer service is excellent as well. I've come to expect an e-mail response within a day of I have a question. A+

Great app which has definitely given us lots of value for the money and the customer service is excellent! They give swift support every time I have a question, and when another app was giving us problem they even helped us figuring out why even though the problem wasn't caused by them, that time by D’Angelo Walker.

Their team is super responsive. We requested an installation on Saturday morning and it was installed by Saturday morning!

Cross Sell works!! It is very user friendly and the support is GREAT! It took me sometime to learn how I needed it to work for my business...but once I realized all of what it really offered it has been a great success. Customers don't have to think that hard or navigate far to see what needs to be added to their shopping cart.
