The service gives you customization of their app to your existing Shopify store.

Other than that, it's been a good system to use.

After installing this on one of my shopify stores, I decided to install on another. Stuart and his team were able to do the installation quickly on the custom theme I was using on my second store.

On the multiple shopify stores I have, and all the various apps I have installed, the customer service from Cross-Sell is the best.

I've been using this app for YEARS in my shop. I had a VERY RARE circumstance were I had to contact Tech support last week. Henry contacted me RIGHT BACK! He even followed up with me when the issue was resolved. Also, Petra helped me last year with an upgrade, and that was phenomenal service as well. Love this app--highly recommend!

I have gone thru many apps that say they are cross sell, this app was the only one that was a true cross sell app, A to BCD, and B to ACD, all with the click of 1 button. Well you certainly can't complain about the service. I was having trouble getting it to work in the cart page and sent off a note. I got a replay straight away that it was going to be looked at and within 24 hours it was all working and so we're very happy/impressed. We don't know if it will increase sales but we think it should. I guess we'll see.

Cross Sell is a great value app, that enables us to quickly add like for like products, or products to prompt add-on purchases. It really does work too. We often see a spike in sales of products added to our ‘You may also like’ section via Cross Sell. Most importantly it’s very easy and simple to use. Great value too - it’s already paid for itself!!

We've installed this back after trying another app. The team got it installed as soon as we bought it, which was about midnight and they have communicated with us at that time, while setting it for us and customizing. We were given tips and best ways of using the app in the middle of the night. Very impressed with the level of service. You guys are GREAT!

I think this is one of the best apps if you want to guide customers on related products. It will allow you to assign any products to any products. So if you sell coffee makers you can add coffee as a related product or accessory for it. This save a lot of time for consumer plus you get more sales.
Support is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this app.

This app has perfectly transformed my website to allow customers to add items to smash and select upgrades for my rage room. I installed another third party app that interfered with the Cross Sell & Cart Upsell app. I sent a message to the Jorge, and their dev team added code to my store and fixed the issue. Their response time was fast too. Thank you Jorge and coders.
