Upsell & Cross Sell ‑ AW

I've been using this app for a couple of years now on liamandlilly.com as well as on highfibreshop.com since its inception earlier this year. For a small company on a budget I haven't found a better solution for crossselling on Shopify.

The team is always responsive, helpful, and friendly, completing requests in a reasonable amount of time even during busy periods.

Highly recommend for those looking to boost their site's performance.

The app does as it says - it allows you to custom pick YOU MAY ALSO LIKE... products for each product in your shop. I didn't like the way that you couldn't custom pick this on Shopify so I gave this app a whirl and it works! The support was excellent as I had difficulty installing the code with my theme - all done within 24 hours. I even wanted a special customisation and this was done as part of the service. All up a good app at a sensible price.

Works perfectly! I needed to customize the related products shown on my product page, and the theme I was using didn't have this functionality built in. Cross-Sell fixed this issue for me. The support team (Stuart) was especially helpful in making sure the layout/format/appearance was perfectly integrated into my site. I thought it would take a while to get everything up and running, but Stuart got everything taken care of within an hour! Amazing!

This app is so easy to use, the app developers installed it. I am creating the cross sells, they look awesome on our site. Steve has been great to deal with and very quick to turn around the custom changes we requested for our sites - nothing is too much trouble for him to get the site looking just perfect! Cross sell provided a great way for us to try and ensure customers chose a mandatory license add-on to their hardware purchase, something we just couldn't have done without delving into the complexities of Shopify variants. Love this app, I had it installed for quite a while but never really knew how to use it, finally I uninstalled it and technical support reached out to me. I explained that I didn't think it was a good fit for my store (mainly because I couldn't figure it out, when actually it is very simple to use) Their support was fantastic. I highly recommend this app and if you need help with it, just ask and they'll get you all set up. Thanks for a great app and fantastic customer service.

This app does exactly what it's supposed to do, and I have no complaints. I specifically am happy about their support. We requested customizations (adding Product Name + Price copy under the cross-sell products at checkout), and their support team responded in less than an hour and was able to help make the updates. They also proactively offered to make other functionality upgrades based on new offerings. We've been very happy with the Cross-Sell app and I would highly recommend.

The app was easy to install, but the Cross-Sells in the footer of the site didn't look good or match with the theme. I wasn't excited to spend a bunch of time in CSS to get the items to look good, so I took the app creators up on their offer to customize for free.

The service was awesome! They responded within 24 hours with the code I needed to make the cross sell products display nicely.

I'm very pleased with the service and the app, and I'm excited to see how it impacts our sales.

I've been needing an app like this for my store for a while now. Very simple and easy to use, Josh and co. were quickly able to install the app and adjust it to fit my theme seamlessly (as well as handle a few additional tweaks/requests). Hand picking items to cross sell is a breeze; the admin lets you filter products by name / vendor / type / collection / published as you are searching for the best products to match with each other. Looking forward to putting Cross-Sell to work in my store!
