Upsell & Cross Sell ‑ AW

Stuart is amazing and if you are reading this review wondering if you should get the cross-sell app - please DO NOT hesitate any longer. Get the app. It is the best thing I have done for my shopify site - I love it and it has made a massive difference.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and Stuart has been five star - so helpful and nothing is ever too much for him. I e-mailed several times and literally within 30 minutes - the problem was sorted - even over a weekend! Well done Stuart!

Update 7/11/16 - This team still delivers. We had an issue arise when working with the Quantity Break App featured by BOLD. Very quickly and correct on the first try, Cross-Sell helped us with a fix. Thank you guys!

Excellent service with needing assistance to customize the look of the app (at no cost). We get to see the beauty of the app, before committing to it. It fits well into our theme and I couldn't be happier with the response and care taken to gain us as a customer. I highly recommend reaching out to Stuart for customization questions. I can't say enough how much help and support I received from Stuart. He went above and beyond helping me not only with the app but with so many things. If the saying is true good things happen to good people than Stuart will be receiving a lot of good things. This is the only app that lets you manually pick out what products you'd like to recommend to customers. I highly recommend it for anyone who would like to pick and choose there products as I have done. This app has been a lifesaver for me and there should be more Stuarts in the world. I've been working with this app for a while now. I've had two theme changes since I started, and both times someone from Cross-Sell (Stuart this most recent time) personally went in to install the necessary changes. The app might not work perfectly with your theme, depending how it is designed, but these guys will go in and make it work. They do great work, do it fast, and are very friendly.

On top of that, it's an effective app. After installing it I noticed an increase in sales, and regularly see in my Shopify stats where people are checking out my related items.

Very pleased...hand-selecting all of my cross-sell items took some time because I have so many products in my shop and really wanted to be specific, but it's well worth it because the app works great, the products look great, the staff answered my questions in record time (and made custom adjustments on a weekend), and now it's working. Stellar.

UPDATE: I needed some custom work done once I updated to v2 and I'm so glad that I did! It was a great app before, but the new features support my business in important ways and their willingness to help me customize some features to my site was a huge bonus. Great people!

Okay, so this is by far the best Related/Cross-Sell app we have tried. It allows you to easily pick the items you want to up-sell on a product page. It also allows up-sell/related items in the cart....Yes Please! Thank You very much. We asked for some customization like the Title/Price to be styled like our theme, and two wide displayed on mobile. All these requests were done promptly and with ease via email for us by the wonderful Tech Support Team. This App should be a standard for anyone that has a desire to up-sell, or allow customers to see better picked related items. Really tailored with the customer in mind. Superb!!

**Update** - I've updated the review from 2 stars to 4. I can't give a 5 yet, as I really haven't had time to see results. I was contacted almost immediately after I posted my original review, and the issue was resolved.

I installed the app last week. I have added them as a user to finish the code install(s). I am almost through my free trial period, and haven't even been able to use it. Actually, it may be ready, but I have received no communication since the request to add them. I have no idea what is going on, and I'm pretty dissatisfied with their customer service/response.

Hopefully, I can update this review soon.

Our team was so surprised that Shopify didn't put any effort into the way their Related Items generated. So we searched for an app to do what we needed with the customization that we needed (nervous of what we would need to pay for this feature). And the Cross-Sell app is exactly what we were looking for! Its user friendly and you can't beat the price! Not only is the app flawless but the customer service we receive was as well. After downloading the app for one brand and seeing how easy the Cross-Sell team made the set up and utilization, we quickly downloaded it for our second brand. Their team went above and beyond what we needed without even asking. You should definitely use this app!

I installed this app as it was recommended to us by another app. Unfortunately the support for the app is very slow and I am getting only 1 reply every 24 hours if I am lucky.

Its been nearly a month since we installed the app and we are still yet to have a working feature which we are paying for.

It could potentially be a good app, however I can't comment as I can not get any help from there team to actually get this up and running in our store.

They also have a live chat feature within the app, however there is never anyone on the live chat and you are advised to send emails.

Don't install this app unless you are willing to wait over a month for support if it doesn't work when first installing.

Edit Feb 2019, partly due to me along with the designer, cross sell suffered as a result. Despite this issue being caused by ourselves, Josh was eager and quick to oblige, no hesitation the app was put right and put to work again. Good job as without cross sell our takings would drop. Thanks very much again team
Since the upgrade I will be able to place my cross sells in to a carousal which will tidy my product pages up immensely, not to mention how I can place up sells in to the cart - such a boom
The guys went out of their way to fix some code too, as the new theme had impacted on the previous version of cross sell
Leaving me with no doubt that I have done the right thing to upgrade and carry on with cross sell
