Infinite Options

I have had this app for a while and have had several other similar apps in the past...this one allows you to organize more simply by putting a tag on the option to align it with the product instead of marking products with the different options ( very time consuming and confusing) if you have a lot of items or tags. I am overhauling my store and really needed this to function well and ABBY AND DANIEL W have really stepped up to help! I'm all set up! Thanks Infinite Options!

Great app for adding customized variants to your products in Shopify! I needed a field for customers to add their personalization requests for customized backpacks and jackets. I had the customers adding the info to the 'Notes' section at checkout, but they kept forgetting. With Infinite Options, I was able to add the personalization field to the individual product page for those specific items. Also, their customer service is outstanding! I purchased a 3rd party Shopify theme and couldn't figure out how to add the necessary code to my theme to complete the Infinite Options install. I emailed customer service and they requested collaborator access then added it to my theme for free in less than 12 hours! I was shocked and so grateful! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic app with great pricing. With Infinite Options I am able to add custom sections to my products. For example, I sell handmade dog apparel so I can ask a client to provide their pup's measurements and weight. I can also ask them if they want a harness opening and also add an additional add-on price. Other options available too like color swatches.

I needed some adjustments made and Emily from their customer service was great! She took care of my style preference within a day. Thanks EMILY!!

Today 8/23/23 I worked with Jordin S. He assisted with changing the look of my color swatches and adding the titles to each swatch when hovered over. He was prompt, efficient, polite and got the job done! So far everyone from this company is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things. Thanks Jordin S.!!

Great app. Very versatile and useful. Customer support is super responsive and very helpful. We've been using this app for years across all of our stores.

user friendly

I have only recently started to understand the wealth of options this app allows you to implement and it is great. Have a great support team (shout out to Anh!) who helped with some tweaks to implementing multiple options on a single product. Would highly recommend.

We've been using this app since the beginning of https://www.ChairsThatGive.com/, and it does a great job. It doesn't have all the features as Bold has, but it has been improving. The only thing that used to be missing for me were swatch images of the options/upsells next to the text, and immediate price changes on the product page when people add upsells to their product selection. But they have since added this functionality to the app. The option to make the options a hidden product has also been added, through a work-around. Anytime I had issues with the app (which was only once or twice) and reached out for help I got a reply very fast. The support for my paid theme that costs hunreds of dollars is worse, much worse. UPDATE 9/21/2026: WARNING: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. THEY WILL LOSE YOU MONEY AND AN INSANE AMOUNT OF EMPLOYEE HOURS/MONEY FIXING THE ISSUE. Their app is super buggy and works half the time, causing issues with customers thinking they are getting product for a much lower price and us having to contact the customer to talk to them. AVOID UNTIL THIS IS FIXED. WILL UPDATE REVIEW ONCE I HEAR BACK. THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR 4 YEARS AND WE HAVE BEEN PATIENT.

The app is a great idea however in real world it doe not function well. It constantly disconnects and stops adding products to the customers carts even though the products are clearly checked. We have had multiple talks with them and the issue keeps persisting. They will fix it and then it doesnt work again. We dont know whos fault it is or why this keeps happening but we are losing thousands a month because of this issue to include customer service complaints where the customer thought an item was supposed to arrive, If this issue gets fixed we will consider updating this review

This app was exactly what I needed to be able to list up to 20 print sizes with over 30 colour options. If I hadn't found this I would not have been able to continue with Shopify. Installation was simple, the menu is self explanatory. What a relief I found this great app! http://ontrendandfab.com
Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to have lots of variables and/or variants.
I had one small glitch with choices showing in the cart twice - one email to support and they fixed it the same day.
Customer service just doesn't get any better than this.

I just upgraded to the logic and pricing bundles options and had some difficulty in fguring out some css for styling the frontend. When I asked for some advice on the css required to achieve the look I was aiming for I hoped for some code snippet tips but was completely surprised when Emily did all the coding for me within a few minutes.

Truly the greatest customer service I have experienced with any app.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend infinite options to anyone - if you have complex product variations you probably can't be without it

I've been using this app for years. It does all I require and so much more. It's very easy to use.
