IO: Infinite Product Options

I've been using this app for 2 years now and it helped me to increase my sales drastically by adding different options to my listings. I sell customized items and it's crucial for me to have flexibility and variety when it comes to options. I'm happy that the team adds new features to the app, right now it meets absolutely all my needs. Customer support is very helpful and effective, I recently had a please to receive help from Daniel and couldn't be happier, Daniel helped me to improve my store with ease!

Functionality and support were cool, but at the end of the day it didn't allow me to control quantities which was a non-starter.

Support team are professional, courteous, quick and most importantly very good at what they do. Thank you Emily and Annette, you helped fix a huge headache for me. I would highly recommend this app, not only because of the top tier service, but also because it offers a ton of options other apps do not. (Trust me, I went thru about 6-7 before coming back to this 1). 5/5 Stars, excited to be working with you !

What an amazing app! I've been in need of ShopPad's Infinite Options solution for years and am so happy to have recently found it. Also being able to use IO for add-on products was an unexpected bonus and the conditional logic functionality prevents things from looking cluttered and definitely helps to foster a more professional vibe on my product pages. Lastly, Kelly F. and the other Customer Success Specialists at ShopPad are very responsive, remarkably patient and kind and go above and beyond to address my needs whenever I have to reach out to them! This app is all that it is hyped up to be and more! Easy to use, 14 day trial, up and running in just a few minutes, I really have nothing to complain about. Shopify told us that what we wanted to do was not possible but after working with crew at Infinite Options my shop is up and running quickly and met all of out requirements.

We were having an issue with the app working correctly with our theme, but Emily took the time to adjust the codes specifically for our theme and now it works perfectly. The communication was prompt and thorough. Highly recommend the team!

With a few hiccups along the way, I am now happy with this app. Rated 4 stars as I was told it could be 'custom coded' to include a font preview box and after spends many hours installing the app and converting my entire site over I was told actually that's not correct and font preview would only be achieved by purchasing another app. I don't have the time to convert to another app and hope that one day these guys will include a font preview option but I'm happy for now. Customer service is MUCH more responsive than the previous personalisation app I had and they have fixed a number of issues for me when I was simply enquiring about how to fix them so I appreciate this proactiveness immensely as it has saved me a lot of time. I also love that this app doesn't interfere with other apps (eg: JudgeMe) like my previous personalisation app did and it integrated really well with my theme. I definitely recommend this app if you want personalisation options, good customer service and an affordable app. Fingers crossed font preview is in their plans!

This app allows me the ability to add all the options I need for a business that is based off custom work. Incredibly user friendly, with step by step instructions and videos. And in the chance that you need help with something, the live chat feature is amazing with super fast customer support!

Infinite Options allows us to sell custom products with endless options. On top of it being a great app, the customer support is excellent. I had a question and I was helped very quickly and had my question answered along with recommendations to improve a product option.
