I am new to Infinite options and I am very impressed with this app and how easy the setup was having a 2.0 theme. I needed a couple of minor customizations to fit my website scheme and customer service was there to assist immediately. Their service was impeccable and quickly fixed my issue. I highly recommend this app and look forward to utilizing the multitude of options it has to offer to enhance my site.

I have to say without this app we would not be able to use shopify as the options are so limited. Really this apps creators have given you unlimited ability as far as options go. The tagging system makes it very easy to use once you figure it all out. I couldn't have asked for a more intuitive program. I was looking for an app that could add more options and choices and Infinite options seems to do the job well! I use Shopify variants for options that affect the price and Infinite options for the ones that don't. Since I wanted the design to be the same as my themes, I've ordered a custom install service from The Shop Pad. They have installed and styled the app very quickly and I am happy with the end result!

Love this app! Had a question since I am not totally tech savvy. I called for help and they answered instantly. The developer was so nice and helped make my issue easy and quick to remedy. Definitely recommend this app for anyone who needs customized product pages.

We are using this app for a bunch of different functionalities, but mainly the app makes it really easy to create and manage text fields and dropdowns for users to be able to easily customise certain products. Using this app for other functionalities has also helped us cut our reliance on using other apps too. Great product, works brilliantly and they offer superb support which is a bonus. Definitely would recommend.

Very easy to install and setup. I did have some trouble with placement since I'm not using Shopify 2.0, but the customer service was really fast about helping me with that.

I like this app a lot better than Bold Options, which I was using before. Bold Options was a pain to uninstall because it left snippets of code all throughout my website. And it was buggy. And more expensive.

I literally can not rate this app and the support highly enough! Whenever I get stuck on something or need a slight 'tweek' there is always someone to guide me through. I'm a bit of a 'techno spaz' and coding scares me, but if I even need to use it, the instructions are always very clear! Definitely recommend it, it makes it so much easier to take orders as I have lots of different options on my personalised products.

I needed a significant amount of help with creating conditional bundle listings and received top-notch customer service. I'm so impressed with how one specific support rep (Matt) helped me through this process - even creating a "test" version, so that I'm able to recreate / duplicate the same format for all new conditional product bundles.
