Infinite Options

All the fields have suddenly disappeared. Nothing has been changed and I dont see any information that something happened on their side. Nobody is answering the email. We are already looking for replacement.

I used this app initially to allow us to add colors and other variants that don't change the price, avoiding Shopify's 100 variant option. Infinite Options was incredibly easy to use and setup, and we now also use its add-on item option, which has significantly helped to increase our average order price!
Great app, definitely one of my top 5 apps.

I switched from another app - where I ran into some problems that bothered me - to this, and and I do not regret it at all. Works a lot better, fits into my theme seamlessly. I installed myself, but I ran into two small problems with the layout and the support helped me immediately, effectively and free of charge. Initially I was not very keen to dish out the monthly fee, but boy, it worths every penny.

I use this app to help me offer custom colour combinations across multiple variants. It allows me to offer pre-orders, which would not have been possible without this app.

I installed the app by myself quickly and easily, but noticed an error in the cart. I messaged the page, and they responded and fixed the problem instantly. The service is fast and simple, and the app makes my life easier. Thank you.

I've been using this app for a year now and it has been flawless! I had an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the app, but they were really nice to help me figure it out and my problem was solved. Love all of the features to Infinite Options and how they are so easy to integrate into our website. We opted to upgrade to the new conditional logic and I couldn't be happier with it so far! Even better than the app itself is their customer service. I have yet to come across a question that they don't have a quick answer for, and they (specifically Mandy and Jordin) are always willing to help out with adjusting coding to suit your needs. Wonderful app!!

I've been using infinite options for a while and I really like it. I recently purchased a shopify theme and my infinite options did not match my purchased theme, it looked very bad. I contacted infinite options and paid the $20 for a professional to help me with my code. A few days later I got emailed back, gave them access to my store and they quickly resolved my issue. 5 Star rating, will definitely use them again. I needed something to help with personalisation of certain products and I toyed with the idea of getting someone to do the code for my website.
But after reading reviews of Infinite Options, I decided to go with this App and I'm really pleased that I did.
Not only is it easy to understand (helped by the very useful videos and explanations) but the response from Infinite Options when I needed a bit of help was very good. I got the job done so quickly!
I would definitely recommend and thanks to Mandy and Anh for their lightning fast help!

I tried 3-4 apps for product variant and custom options, but everyone had a problem. One didn't work with discount coupons, another didn't open the cart tray and yet another didn't make it very intuitive on the cart page. I found Infinite Options to be really useful, and it takes care of all our needs as a modern store. Very simple user interface to add/edit options and works like a charm. We have been using this app for a while now, and it is an invaluable tool for our personalised gift shop! With Infinite Options, customers are able to easily leave details of the personalised text they would like and they can even leave additional notes. I had a query about re-formatting the style of the options to fit my product page, and Mandy contacted me straight away to help, and even fixed some other issues I hadn't even mentioned for me!
