Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlist

We just started using the app and we are very impressed. It is great that the rewards and wishlist functionality is in the same app and the customisation and translation options are more than adequate. The other really nice feature is the store credit reward option instead is the traditional points based reward system.

So far so good and well worth trying out if your interested.

I currently use the Froonze plugin across five stores, and this is my sixth. The Froonze team's technical support is exceptionally responsive. Every piece of feedback I've provided and every feature enhancement I've requested has been meticulously documented and implemented here. I hope Froonze will develop a more robust membership system in the future, enabling us to achieve greater capabilities in member management and maintenance. When that happens, we may have even closer collaboration.

I really liked everything about this app. I use both the wishlist feature & also the loyalty (tried both points & store credits) & these works just fine. I love the ability that I can make admin touches to these attributes. Also, it was very important for me to be able to localize the UI; I can do it just fine. SO many customization options & very personal customer care. Thanks!

I use froonze since we started with shopify, nearing 2 years now. The Support is superb! Super friendly, super fast and the app is great! We used the Customer Account Widget and the Loyalty Programm but since switched to the new customer accounts. I just installed the Loyalty Programm Widget in the New Customer Accounts and it was so intuitive and easy.

I've tried multiple customer account apps and loyalty apps but none them is as intuitive and easy to use as Frooze, not to mention that most of them are not one integral app but two, which is annoying when you want to centralize all customer data.

Customer service is also impeccable. Big shoutout to Mohamed, who has been a gem answering my questions patiently and catering all my special requests!

Amazing app and outstanding customer support!
Alexandru and Mohamed were incredibly helpful — they completely redesigned the layout to match my website perfectly. They also implemented the new features I requested very quickly and even created a new dashboard for the “New Customer Dashboard” provided by Shopify.

I’ve tried other apps like Custlo, which offers more options than Froonze, but their support was extremely slow and unwilling to solve the issues I faced. With Froonze, it’s the opposite....their team responds within a few hours, listens carefully, and actually delivers results.

If you’re considering Froonze, go for it and you won’t regret it!

I've been very happy with the design and function of both wishlist and customer account apps. My customers are getting a more personalized experience. The support staff has been extremely responsive and accommodating, adjusting all the little details that make it look professional. They helped me to quickly resolve issues with the migration of our wishlist data from another app. I highly recommend Froonze.

First of all, I should note that there is no other Shopify app that combines both a dashboard and a wishlist. In fact, aside from this one, there are probably only one or two dashboard apps available at all.

Performance and Evaluation
Although I had no special requests, I discovered that there are many structural issues that need fixing. Initially, I assumed most of them were theme-related, but it turned out they were actually tied to the application itself. For example, within the dashboard panel, some pages cause scroll jumps when loading.

As for the wishlist, there are several points worth mentioning, but I will keep it brief:

After the initial installation, wishlist icons did not appear in many product groups, which I first thought was due to the theme. If your website uses an AJAX-based structure for loading, the wishlist icons do not show up on the first load.

Inside the wishlist panel, five text fields are global, meaning the app’s translation feature cannot translate them. They need to be handled manually.

During the transfer from wishlist to cart, there was a hidden overlay on the buttons within the popup panel, which I also had to remove manually.

Throughout this process, the Froonze team was very helpful. They supported me effectively via email and assisted in resolving the issues.

Missing Features

When a wishlist is shared, the opened list cannot be saved.

If the wishlist panel is open, adding a product to the cart does not update the cart.

There is no way to access information on which user added which products and in what quantities to their wishlist.

Currently, there is no API available to retrieve wishlist data.

Is it worth the price?
Despite these shortcomings, my answer is yes—because Shopify does not have its own dashboard system, and this app is the only one that combines both dashboard and wishlist functionality.

I moved from an old wishlist program that stopped working for a while before I realized it. I was so happy to find Froonze Wishlist. Not only was it super easy to install and customize, it looks great and the customer service was super fast and beyond helpful.
