Works well, much quicker than using the main portal. Customer support is very good, they took time to get me set up and have quickly sorted a couple of issues I've had since.
Would love to be able to see the prices for the various shipping options, and to be able to send parcels that are slightly lower than the expected weight.

Noch etwas buggy, aber der Support ist super und schnell und die Dokumentation ist sehr ausführlich.
Eine Anbindung an Flow oder Mesa Automations in der Zukunft wäre noch gut.

Very good support. I had some problems and the support helped me a lot to fix the issues. Would be nice to have a overview of tracking for both Retoure and Sending inside shopify app.
We use this app from our 1st day with Shopify. It was easy to set-up, it works great. There were some things we needed to adjust and customer support is always very responsive, so far in 24 hours.
Support was great. We had a problem with a new feature and it was changed within a week.

Einfach klasse, dass man bei DHL noch mit echten Menschen kommunizieren kann. Ob Telefon oder Mail, alle sind immer sehr bemüht schnell zu helfen.
Insgesamt ist bei der App allerdings noch viel Luft nach oben, was die Benutzerfreundlichkeit angeht. Sie müsste grundsätzlich überdacht und viel einfacher und übersichtlicher gestaltet werden.
