Looked at dozens of discount apps. This app is exactly what we needed. It is absolutely the most comprehensive, Shopify friendly, discount app available. This is also a fantastic company. They provide the best support.
Firstly - exceptional tech support and customer service, not usually found these days. This app supports our complex discount rules and frequent promotions. Customization and reporting is fantastic! Highly recommended.
This app rocks! Yes, it does everything you need in the discount world. But even better is the reality that no app is perfect and when and if you do run into a problem the Discount Ninja support team is top-notch and responsive.
Apps is great doing 90% what we wanted to do.
But get trick / annoyed, It doesn't support Shopify POS, but when you search on shopify app store, when I check only support POS it show up as an ad.............. It's very confusing.

Discount Ninja can indeed not be used to discount products via Shopify POS.

I used this app to combine discounts plus show discounts on product pages. It works great. I have a less common theme which caused some issues. Discount Ninja support was extremely helpful and they even set everything up for me.
I'm still learning how to use the app, however the support is excellent, they are quick and really spend the time to help you by scheduling google meets, so you get live support and not just via email/chat, which I think is very helpful!
I used this app for membership discounts and i am extremely impressed with the level of service offered by the technical support team, especially Dennis! The app it self has been compatible with the other apps i use on my shop. Thank you!

This app has helped me a lot with mixing multiple discounts. But there is a big issue with tracking the order. My google analytics can not track the order which is discount by Ninja at all, even I followed discount Ninja official solution.
Happy to report that this limitation is now (as of February 2023) a thing of the past. Discount Ninja uses native Shopify Functions to discount the checkout, which ensures you have access to a completely standard checkout experience, including Google Analytics tracking.
