Just finished a 30 day free trial and signed up to keep. Would highly recommend this app to anyone! Search is so important in customers finding what they need and for website traffic to convert to a sale. Everything from the user interface to the end result on our website are professional looking and very user friendly. I have worked with Lindsay and she is super friendly, knowledgeable about the product, punctual, her follow up is amazing. If you haven't tried it you definitely should!
We had the pleasure of working with Phoebe, who approached P&P Distributors with a genuine interest in enhancing our e-commerce website. Instead of a typical sales pitch, she thoughtfully explained how the DooFinder Search and Discovery app could cater to our specific needs. Not only did she assist with configuring the app seamlessly, but her follow-up to ensure we were utilizing all features optimally was incredibly helpful. Her professionalism and dedication to customer success make her and DooFinder stand out.
Just signed up for the enterprise level solution. We wanted a smart bar finder but was not expecting such great service up front. Egor helped us install the solution, tweaked it from his end. Then followed up on several occasions to show us how everything worked, all the options on the backend, as well as day to day processes we can use to help capture lost sales though search bar data. The support on this product exceeded my expecations by a mile. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone that needs a better search bar. Egor went above and beyond with our support in every way, highly recommend asking for him =)

After completing a 30 day trial, I'm definitely impressed with Doofinder. Not only do our search bars look great, but the customer service has been amazing. I also love the metrics provided. I would definitely recommend!
An awesome addition to our website that looks professional and actually gives helpful data to incorporate into our marketing strategy. Dominic at Doofinder was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and made the 30-day trial worth the time. Multiple times within the trial period he walked me through features Doofinder offers and helped to get them customized for how we wanted it to function on our site. Nonexistent Customer Support
Extremely disappointing experience with Doofinder. The app itself might have potential, but it is completely overshadowed by what can only be described as nonexistent customer support.
After installation, I encountered several technical issues and reached out multiple times. Responses were slow, generic, and ultimately unhelpful. There was no real ownership of the problem, no meaningful follow-up, and absolutely no sense of urgency — even when the issues were directly impacting sales.
For a paid app on Shopify, where search functionality is critical to revenue, this level of support is simply unacceptable. You expect a reliable technology partner, not silence when it matters most.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. When you need support, there’s no one there.

I’ve personally reviewed your case in detail. First, I want to apologize for the initial delay. We experienced a temporary backlog that caused our response time to extend to four days, which is clearly not the level of service we strive for. I also see that our commercial representative who was your first point of contact and is fully trained to assist with onboarding and setup proactively offered support early on, but that assistance was declined at the time. Our intention from the beginning was to make sure you had guidance whenever needed.
Once your request reached our technical team, your concerns were escalated internally for deeper review. We are currently waiting for your response to continue moving forward and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
We are a team of people who genuinely care about our customers and work every day to provide reliable support and meaningful solutions. I’m sorry we fell short of your expectations, and I would sincerely welcome the opportunity to turn this experience around so you can continue benefiting from Doofinder.
