DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

This is the best search app I have come across, easy integration, and works perfectly. Brings in products for viewing that would not be displayed with a normal search app and very clever with dealing with misspellings. The installation of the app was easy enough and Luis from the call centre helped me through it. It is really fast and makes it easier for customers to find items. There are alternatives which are a little cheaper, but they don't offer the functionality and there always seems to be a problem with them in one way or another.

This is a great piece of software that really brings your search facility into the 21st century! It greatly improves to the customer experience when searching for products on your store with a clean and sophisticated interface. The app also collects lots if helpful data that can be used. The ongoing support is very good as well. I would recommend.

We have 1000s of products and this app has helped our customers navigate it so seamlessly! It helps them get exactly what they are looking for much quicker and it makes up for the lack of navigation integration on our current website. I worked with Peter Aron in setting it up and he has helped me tremendously in getting exactly what were looking for.

The customer support truly made the difference! We had an explosion of traffic from a national spot, and Doofinder helped us push products with higher inventory and redirect customers searching for sold-out products. We are very new to doofinder. However, so far our experience has been outstanding thanks to Kieran. He has been great through out the entire process from explaining what doofinder is to taking the time to walk us through every step of the process and making sure we are maximizing the use of this app. He has been and great representative of this program.

The search bar and filters through this app have helped provide a seamless search experience for customers visiting my site and have also helped improve conversion rates.
