DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

Great service from Diana Sanchez for the integration of Doofinder to our webstore. We now have to use all the AI features od Doofinder and make sure we get the full potential of this app to increase our sales.
Diana was kind enough to go trough the features of Doofinder with us... for at least an hour and more. Which was perfect considering the easy process with the tools of Doofinder.

Got the email from DOO Finder by some the girl name 'DIANA' and I must say they got a real good employees. I took the 30 days of trial and abolutely love their communication and cooperations and she also managed to arrange a meeting on weekends just to accomodate the customer. I end up buying the Pro plan and DIANA also gifter me 50K searches and their after sales service is also great. Looking forward to work with them for a long term. Way to go

This might be the best app I have added to my website this year. A game changer for my website conversion rate and great customer experience in finding my products. The customer service is beyond than remarkable (Qasim has been a true pleasure to work with). I recommend this app to anyone struggling with indexing products correctly and feeling like the Shopify search bar is not being used to the fullest extent possible. Doofinder does that. Hihgly recommended.

El buscador tiene muchas opciones para impulsar los productos, maneja estadísticas muy útiles para conocer qué es lo que el usuario está buscando y qué es lo que no ha podido encontrar, entre sus configuraciones se pueden crear reglas para brindar opciones a los usuarios y otras funciones avanzadas de forma fácil. La asesoría y seguimiento es buenísimo, en mi caso mi contacto es Johanna y su servicio es espectacular, resuelve mis dudas y me maneja opciones, en conclusión me parece un producto bastante eficiente, fácil, accesible y que ofrece muchas opciones para crear estrategias para tu tienda.

There are at least 2 terrible about this app. 1) They constantly send silly ads to subscribe to their apps. Too much spam. 2) After the free trial period is over, the original search bar is not working. I had to delete the app in order to make it work again. They provided no useful info or help regarding this issue.

We have been using this app for a month now and love it. Customers are saying they are finding what they are looking for much faster and easier. Jorge was very patient with us getting this up and running smoothly and helped us every step of the way. Looking forward to exploring all the possibilities it can provide.

Great customer service. Set up weekly working calls to get the best out of the platform. Easy to use and changes are immediate.

Great onsite search tool. Interface is so easy to navigate around and quick to implement changes. Susmit and Max have been great with onboarding and have weekly working calls to assist.
