Merchants say this app delivers a much better search experience than Shopify’s native search, especially for large catalogs. It’s described as faster, more accurate, and forgiving of typos, which reduces “no results” and boosts conversions and sales. They value the clean, image-rich interface, powerful merchandising tools, detailed analytics, and easy setup. Support is frequently praised as proactive, hands-on, and helpful during onboarding and optimization.

This app has worked really well for us! We are pleased with the front-end and the analytics that it provides us. Rick has been a great support in helping us throughout our journey with doofinder! Thanks guys!
I really like the clarity of the dashboard and as a marketing officer, the functions in the pro plan, like the banner function, look like they will be extremely helpful for us. Most importantly the clickthroughs to product pages are pretty high. Shaun at Doofinder was able to talk me through all the functions efficiently and clearly and I'm excited about using the app going forward.
Easy to install and configurate. Intuitive UX and you have a great finder in minutes! Although relatively new addon, The statistics and premium features seem worth the money spent. Friendly and knowledgeable onboarding staff.
Great service all around! Jorge walked me through the product, features, getting set. up, anything we needed. Subscribed immediately once the free trial ended. Excited to dive deeper into the features still and looking forward to working with them for a long time.
I love the doofinder search tool, it has been great for our store. Nick was amazing getting us setup with doofinder and showing us all the amazing features. It was such a great tool for our store, as we have over 7000 products, we created a feature space for it on our home page. Looking forward to more great things to come with this tool.
Great app with fantastic support. Highly recommend. Easy to set up and most importantly, helpful for customers!
This is a great app and it helps to drive my potential customers to my shop by using simple search terms using the doofinder app.
Great tool to have on your website, and direct the customers to the products you want them to buy. Great service from Chris, recommended.
Love the search functionality, much more robust than the standard search on shopify. Makes finding products much easier for our customers.
Unique. Human nature likes to take control when searching, and Doo empowers the human spirit to think beyond what the basic searcher types in. :)
