I recently contacted DSers support (Kimi) regarding a currency conversion issue with AliExpress, and I’m very impressed with their service. The CSR who assisted me was quick to respond, clearly understood the problem, and resolved it efficiently. The issue is now fully fixed, and everything is working smoothly again. Today I had the pleasure of the lovely Elora who assisted me with an issue with my account being disabled by Aliexpress. I had orders to fulfil and I felt so stressed out and could not fix it alone.
I had sent a few emails to the support on DSers but then found the messenger option and Elora helped me fix the issue.
She remained so patient and was very kind as she went through each step with me until we fixed the problem and we managed to get my orders fulfilled.
